Loyalty

Long time customer. Tried the "1-4 day" shipping and got the products 5 days later but no refund on the MASSIVE $8 shipping charge. The mental gymnastics used in the explanation of how I actually got the product in 4 days was funny. Loyal customer. $8. Business is business I guess.

PAX PLUS Half Fill Oven Lid and Refill Pods

I thought the half fill oven lid for my PAX PLUS ... $15 ... Was a bit pricey but pretty much a must have. Works well when the herb burns down in the oven.

Also purchased the round can of 4 pods. Pods work ok but don't quite give you as big of a cloud that I enjoy. And the pods need to be opened and the herb mixed occasionally to complete the burn ... Kind of a pain ... But you may find these convenient if you are on the go and want a quick refill. Also the description wasn't clear to me that you get 4 pods in round closable can for the price ... So that's a plus.

Also I really like my PAX PLUS ... Have 2. Especially after reading the reviews for the PAX 4 and PAX FLOW which have drawbacks that I don't have with PLUS. Considered upgrade but decided to stick with the PLUS. PAX was also good about honoring it's warranty ... It replaced one that malfunctioned ... But this was a one off. Had my PLUS's for more than 2 years with no other issues.

Pax mini 2. Parts poorly manufactured and unit failed. POTV good customer service for warranty glad I purchased it through them. Will buyfrom POTV again. Will not buy pax again

Quality Products, Stands Behind Them All

If you can't find good vape here, you aren't looking. Ordered my Lobo and had it just a few short days later. Do use caution if you opt to pay using Sezzle for deferred payments. It's easy to get charged extra fees. That's not POTV's doing, but it's really the only downside I saw for the whole shopping experience

Late delivery
The oven in the vape is too small to get any kind of herb in. No grinder could grind that fine without compromising the beneficial oils!
I’ve tried to work the web site for return but I find it way too complicated

One of the things I value most in a store is their quick response when you have a problem. That's what happened to me; my package hadn't arrived, so I wrote to them and they helped me, apologized for the delay, and offered me a $15 credit, which I hope they honor.
