No customer service

UPDATE: Finally had an email response saying they will look into the issue and it is the courier with the issue as item was dispatched on time.

Had an email saying my order was delivered- which is was absolutely NOT. We were home the entire day and have CCTV outside the house so can prove no one tried to deliver. Emailed the company asking for them to clarify if this was in error. No response other than a computer generated message to say the query had been received. The phone number goes to a voicemail which then tells you the mail box is full so can't leave a message. No way of contacting other than email.

Shocking Customer Services

I have been trying to get hold of this company for two days now. I have sent two emails and rang the phone number several times but get nothing back! Regarding Order Number 30815
