Lot of on demand trouble
We have had nothing but problems with the on demand section of dish network and it sure would be nice to get it fixed.

Worst of any experience I have ever in my life endured, I was told she was an actual "DISH NETWORK" EMPLOYEE, NOT A "PLANET DISH" THIRD PARTY AUTHORIZED RETAILER!!! Nor was I advised in which I was going to be paying $49.99 along with $14.99 for her to obviously do something I clearly was fully capable of accomplishing on my own!!! They lied to get paid, and then sent Cameron a very much appreciated tech with an order for three rooms, while I had been promised four!!! Never again!!!!

The person the took the Order was very helpful and listened to what we wanted. She did not try to sell something I did not want or need. The installations were timely and very professional. Great Company and Partners!

Not what they promised
I am very happy with Dish but Planet dish is not what they claim. I called them because they sent me an offer to get the DVR Hopper for free with contract. I called them and they set up the service I requested but in the end I was charged $49.99 for service set up and a monthly service fee for the DVR. It was the same amount Dish was offering and I was charged to set up the service. In the future I would just go directly with Dish and save the extra fee.

Very happy
Starting with my call to Planet Dish to watching tv, everything went surprisingly well. No hard sell when ordering, they made suggestions but didnt try to sell me anything I didnt want. The tech showed up at the time I was told, was very professional and polite, thorough with showing me how everything worked, and left my home as clean and tidy as when he arrived.

No interactive games
One reason I opted for dish was interactive games which were advertised, however after committing to a two year contract I find that games are no longer available.

Installation service.
Crew that came to install equipment was very professional , two techs. And new truck loaded with every thing they needed for installion,also district manager stop by to check on in stallion. Great service all questions answered and asked if location of dish was OK. Would recommend to anyone looking for great TV sati lite service.

Dish Network
Overall they have great customer Service. Anytime you want to change anything, they make you hold a $1 on your credit card which I think is crazy even to switch cards for auto pay. They did sell me a upgraded DVR and installed the wrong one and I havent been able to get it switched out yet because I havent had $1 on my netspend card when I think about calling in! :( I pay 91.00 for the middle package and my premium movie channels are gone now becuase they were free for 3 months. I so miss those I enjoyed the movies.
Flex Pack is all I need
Got set up with the flex pack and the hopper 3. Good price and all the channels I need at the time
Dishonest
I was told by my sales associate, I would not have to pay my first months bill, due to my credit score. When the first months bill came around I was told I had to pay it by the customer service department. I spoke to a supervisor, who told me he could not review the call recording and only gave me $10.00 dollars off of my bill. I sucked it up and paid the bill even know I did not want to.
The TV service is fine, I have no problems. It was just my very first experience with the customer service department.
Deceptive practices
This company withdrew the installation /startup fee from my acct after I didn't pay becuz I was hesitant about what they were offering. ..and when I tried to get my money back fron Dish Network Corporate they're say ing Planet Dish is a 3rd party company and not a representative for them. That I'll have to talk to them to get my money back.
Bring back real Television
The Dish Network/ Technicians are the best in the business. NO COMPLAINTS ...
Just bring back real family programming and cut the commercials.
