I won $100 right after Christmas but they would not let me cash out before making a deposit. After reading the negative reviews I was hesitant and after and time I sent the $10 and was waiting for a long time. When I check on it today they say I mixed funds. They told me to deposit the $10 but the fact I had more than $100 at the time I played the couple dollars extra and cashed out $110 and they say I mixed funds and lose it all. This casino should be shut down!!

I have enjoyed playing a use of planet casino and Have not had an issue with payout until the last time I won it was for 2501st and for some reason they can't tell me the check like they did prior to this I've been continuously different reasons different excuses different ways for this payout to happen none of which had been successful they never answered the phone number

I used a bonus promotion from an email, Planet 7 is here to offer you an out-of-this-world gaming experience, and to start you off, we’re offering you a $30 Free Chip, which I still have, and I received $30 free chip with max $100 payout, no deposit required, well I played and I was doing awesome I was impressed and was definitely going to make rave reviews about the casino because normally you get free chips and never win, well I was, and I even made my own $30 deposit without any additional bonus codes, so I went placed a withdrawal for my bitcoin account and about 4 days later I checked and the status of it was denied. Now I played at my now favorite casino, CryptoLoko Casino, I was given a similar opportunity and played, won, and requested bitcoin payout, and they did exactly what the bonus offered, they paid me and kept the terms so they dont look like crooks, now Planet 7 has such rude agents but told me I was denied because I used a free no deposit bonus and I used other ones prior, and I mean prior to this one and I advised I also made a deposit while I was playing this bonus and well, I was disconnected the agent left the chat and never addressed any of the issues I had. I am disgusted that this is how they play, they know we cant do anything because they have 0 liability and 0 regulatory law to follow, but I will never again put money into this casino unless of course they want to hold fast and honor and show they aren't shiesters a bunch of no good thiefs and pay me my measley $100 win.

There is absolutely no sign of life at this site besides the automatically running software that will forever accept your money as long as it has power to run. The chat links are dead. Going on 5 weeks zero response from my emails. The identity documents I sent are probably on the dark web by now. Criminal thieves is all I see.

Do not use planet 7 they are a scam, I tried to cash out 2000.00 dollars I won off my own money no promo and they denied it saying it was mixed funds whatever that means. Not only did they deny it but they kept my 2000.00 dollars they should be shut down

I won $100.00 and provided my bank info for it to be direct deposited. I received a message saying it was approved by the manager and that was almost a month ago. Still NO money, I emailed them 5 days ago and no answer! PLEASE read reviews before playing!

Planet 7 is another site that does not honor it's payouts! And I was called a liar by an agent, as she created a lie to deny my payout! I waited 5 days after my verification was approved, then my transaction was approved by a manager, and then taken away! First they claimed I used more then one free chip, which was a lie and I pointed it out, then she came back with a new one saying that I had multiple accounts and then closed the chat! I will not deposit money to a dishonest company that doesn't honor it's word! It's Agents are rude and tell you you're a liar!

It’s a scam site they will offer a bonus each month after you spend so much money and then if you win on that bonus they say that’s will pay you for the winnings.

I see all the BAD reviews on Planet 7 and wonder why I am still with them after 10 years.. hahaha. But its true...I am LOYAL in spite of past issues and I have a very mixed review.
GOOD: The game variety is good with new games showing up regularly.For the most part customer service is friendly and swift with any issues other then payout. I have won,cashed out maybe a dozen times and always gotten paid EVENTUALLY.
BAD: The withdrawl process can be complicated and drag on for months. Only one time did I receive auth and payout with in their listed time frame( it did suprise me). So if you are lonely and like to chat with friendly support people OFTEN...you might want to go there. If you want to collect your winnings without hoop jumping and a loooooong wait....I hear there are better places to go.
Currently I am still waiting for a wire that was authorized Sept 15th. This time I'm told its the processors fault.

Worst online casino there is, along with their other sister casinos. If it's too good to be true... it's FRAUD! I heard the hype and figured I'd give it a try. Supposed "free" $285 chip. So, I completed sign up form. Once they got my personal info, Planet7Casino broke their contract by obstructing my access. A "confirm email" message popped up, but no link was sent to my email. There was no way to proceed! This is a gimmick to obtain your personal data!

Pretty much same as these other people should have read the reviews before putting money in… won 5000 tried to withdraw 2500 then they took days to approve/deny then ended up denying it, but then I still waited a few days cause I kept checking the transaction section and all of a sudden it disappeared off there, and all the deposits leading up to the withdrawal disappeared too. So these A-holes tried deleting all the transactions to make it look like I never won or withdrew anything, or even made a deposit to win anything!!! Planet 7 is absolutely a freaking scam!!! I did one of their promotions got up to $5,000 cashed out $2,500 and played the rest in different machines to kind of test the waters…then they denied my withdraw and took the $2509 because they said I had $10 from another promotion which I did not have a balance when I started and believe it was an excuse to not pay me! I won a 1900.00 jackpot at the beginning of August and have attempted to redeem it several times several different ways but they keep coming out with some BS and keep rejecting redemption. Planet 7 is part of a large group of online casinos, Raging Bull, Dreams, Slotsgarden, Silver Oak, Royal Ace, Vegas Strip and Slots of Vegas to name a few. I’ve made six withdrawals from their casinos all with same result. They do not adhere to any of their timelines for withdrawals per their own terms and conditions. As a result I’ve has to go on multiple chats each time and push them to get the payment. At a bare minimum it will take you four weeks to get paid but the average is much higher and their excuses are never ending. If you have doubt to what I’m saying, I can show you withdrawal dates, chat transcripts and final payment times to back up everything I’m stating.
