Dealing with knox was good , had to return and exchange urban pro jacket. Product is first class , only downside was import duties of one hundred euro . Really like knox quality.
Very good quality and service .Only downside is import duty coming into Ireland. Love the urban pro jacket, real quality.

Have many Knox products and All are Excellent!! My only Small critique would be that they are NOT Free returns ,returned gloves recently and cost £5 ,although that said the money was refunded very quickly so maybe better safe using their courier who are UPS for reliability 👍
