Hi, no major complain about Plan.io so far. It's so far beyond other project management sites, in my opinion.

Just one wish though; it would be great if you could offer more payment options. Like Paypal for example.

I have been consolidating all of my ecommerce transactions via Paypal.
This help me with a lot of things, and more importantly, I don't have to be afraid about the potential of many websites getting hacked - just Paypal. And after decades of operation, I have great trust on their security capability.

The Planio tool has everything one can ask for project management of software projects: all tools (svn, issues, wiki, time tracking, etc.) are well integrated among them, with many useful features.
The management of projects is complete, flexible and easy to use. The adoption of Redmine is a good choice for portability (even if I think we will stay here for a long time). Hardware: performances are good, no problem.
A special mention goes to the support: FIRST CLASS! They provided a smooth and very efficient migration of our projects into their system during the weekend (free of charge), they respond in the chat in real time for every day problems.
We carefully compared Planio to other similar services, including Assembla: Planio wins hands down.
And it is also competitive about the price!

I've only started using Plan.io (just purchased a plan). And I only use SVN repo for an indie-game project. Up to this time the experience is great, much better than other public repositories we tried.

The functionality is complete, but some basics such as the ability to find links to the agile board or sprint planning is not available on some screens. The menu should be the same on every page. I have to jump back and forth to find what I need. Also the style needs to be updated. I am trying to convince our company to use this tool, but they cannot get past the look and feel even though it works well.

We've had a great experience with Plan.io so far. Zero effort sign up, didn't have to provide a credit card ahead of time. Great communication and notifications and great product overall. Exceptional value as well.

Asked for support whether Git over HTTPS was supported. This seemed not to be the case, but they implemented it within 24 hours and it's running!

Some times people used to solving daily problems, are able of pinpointing simple solutions, to your dire straits problems.
This is the case of the support group in plan.io . That not only provided me with a fast and efficient solution, but also helped me on the implementation and work arounds. to make mine, a better system.

Already users of Redmine, we recently subscribed an account on Plan.IO to be able keeping this solution without the worry of upgrades and server management.
We were also interested connecting our ticketing service to github repositories.

The migration service offered by Plan.IO was a charm and the work made by Jens was an example of reactiveness and efficiency.

The given support in the technical issue I had was fast and precise.

Louise was lightning fast with her response, she understood the root cause of my problem instantly and helped me resolve it by providing very clear instructions on how to do this. I was really thrilled - great customer service!

Excellent Redmine implementation, I really appreciate the Agile-plugins (burnup/burndown, Agile planning and Scrum board).

The only weakness as a project tool for me is the Gantt. It's ok to view, but is not interactive. Not enough to lose a star though, this product is real value for money

RedMine is a powerful platform: we're using to to manage all aspects of a new business. The hosted service with Plan.io makes it easy to get set-up with, including great e-mail integration.

The e-mail support from the plan.io team has been quick, friendly and helpful every time we've needed to get in touch as our needs have developed.

It has been a good year and chance since I touched Redmine last (when I was a reviewer for Packt's Mastering Redmine) and I'm thrilled to report Planio has made my life so much easier. HOSTED Redmine, and done VERY well -- AWESOME!!

The communication between the costumer and the company is very good, if you have any questions or problems you will get an answer right away. They help you with anything, big or small, and take you seriously.
