Hate that any adjustment to your contract means you start a 3 year contract all over again. Also been requesting PAC codes for over 3 weeks!! stopped responding to me emails and dont answer the customer services tel number.

Since a week ago I keep telephone to plan.com and each time I have to wait 15-30minutes to start talking someone
And first sending a new physical sim but didn’t and now e sim that fine but still not working I have been speaking several persons and now I scanned second e sim
Please help me soonest. I will be very busy from tomorrow I have no time to sit and wait for this.
