bad experience
Placetostay communicated very poorly during my stay. There was a serious incident involving the police, but the situation was not handled well and I did not receive any refund for almost two months of rent. Overall, the lack of communication and support made my experience very disappointing. I would not recommend booking this apartment!

"The landlord of our house in Lisbon didn't communicate at all. There was an serieus incident with police and we didn't get our money back. Note: this was rent for almost 2 months. This is not the way to treat students who are abroad"
