I purchased plates that had a fault on them. They didn't respond to emails and have left me with a bitter taste. Absolutely crap service and product!

Ordered plates from these guys before and just re ordered another 2 sets for some new cars, absaloutely amazing service as always and everythings always spot on!

Ordered a set of number plates from these in 4d and they came super quick and really good quality, only thing I'd say I didn't see anything about application as it doesn't come with any way to install to your car, but after a quick message they responded quickly, professionally and advised what is needed and where to purchase from. would highly recommend them for anyone who wants new plates

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Personally, Ive found the plates I’ve ordered to be honestly stunning. I’ve seen a number of these poorly made, and the gel not protrude enough, but these are brilliant and I can’t emphasise how good they look.

Quick delivery, no damages to plates, great service - would highly recommend!

First time ordering from them and I personally would recommend. Customer service is a bit slow but I was patient. Our main communication was on Instagram which was no problem and you can look at their page for all types of different designs.

Have used pl8labs for the last 5-6 years. Can always rely on them to provide a good and efficient services. Plates always arrive after a few days from ordering, always made with great quality and made exactly the way I've asked. Can't rely fault, always the most competitive priced.

Ordered plates from this company even sent e mails to verify that they were legal to use on my car on the roads in the UK.
They didn't respond to two e mails. That's OK I thought , it says on their website that you can return them if there are any issues and I also paid by PayPal.
When I went to get them fitted my garage told me that they aren't legal on the roads in the UK !
I had googled legality but info on the Web was very contradictory.
Opened a case on PayPal to return them and once again heard nothing from the company . They just responded to PayPal and the case was found in their favour.
I have contacted them via Messenger from this FB page and have again been totally ignored.
I am not denying that they are stunning number plates but totally useless to me.
£54 wasted and not even an offer of a partial refund. All could have been avoided if they had responded to my messages .
Warning to everyone ....
These guys know exactly what they are doing and ripping people off . Make sure you know what you are buying people because they will take advantage of people's lack of knowledge.
Terrible customer service and communication.
Had also commented on FB page but they delete your comments if they don't like them !

Don’t use this company for number plates. Filled in the order form with correct registration and received incorrect registration. 4 emails, messages to Facebook and Instagram accounts and not one response.

I don’t know why this company has so many bad reviews on trust pilot. I ordered a set of plates, 3D gel shortened pair. Understandably the delivery was a bit long, due to Christmas period, but this was the couriers fault not PL8 LAB. I received my plates today and I’m more then happy with them, they are just how I wanted them and in tip top quality.

Do not use these people.... I have ordered 2/3 plates from these and each time I've had an issue. The last issue being damaged plates. Ignored all correspondence and when I finally contacted PayPal, they responded! Gave me 4 days to return the plates on Xmas week....! Impossible!!!!! So in hindsight, don't bother with them, they are rude and ignorant.

Customer service is non-existent. Also be careful with coloured lettering... doesn't always look like their pictures.

AVOID at all costs people. This company is a shambals the plates are extremely badly made. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone there is no customer service they don't respond to emails about questions or about an order but they will happly take your money.

Really good service, and extremely helpful over the phone with a few further questions I had after I had made my purchase. The plates are top quality and exactly what I was after. I will definitely recommend to anybody who wants new distinctive plates
