Worst customer service. They never pick up the phone, they said we’ll pick your bags after 2 weeks but no communication and I have called them like 20 times in 2-3 days but they dont pick up the phone and the reason provided was I was on holiday whereas they picked up a call my friend made from a new number. Doesn’t look like they are interested in good business. They dont pick up the phone before sending the parcel imagine what will happen once you send the parcels and paid the money.

These people are scammers. Avoid these dodgy people. Do not trust them with your money or goods.

Never ever trust this Cargo company. Never reached on time, take extra 4 to 6 weeks. And then again charged extra on destination point.
