Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced
After noticing a mistake in the sizing of one of my items immediately upon checking out, I instantly contacted the company's customer support to request a size change from xs to medium. An automated chatbot told me there was nothing they could do, I was stuck with the product as final sale. I asked to speak to a representative, and she also told me there was nothing she could do and to "donate it to charity." I might understand this if I had received the item, but I contacted them in the moment of the transaction error before shipping. The company made no effort whatsoever to solve my issues, and was extremely rude and unwilling to support, despite the premium product costs. I will never buy these products again and caution anyone from purchasing their items. I would be happy to provide screenshots of the interactions. Extremely disappointing. They were not even willing to help me with the item that was the wrong size that was not final sale, claiming that once the item is purchased "there is nothing they can do" even if it has not yet been packed or shipped. They did everything they could to prevent me from speaking from a real person or someone with the authority to help.
