Went to pizza pilgrim in selfridges and was served by the lovely angel , she recommended things on the menu which we loved and the service was really good . Really made our trip to london

At the beginning of December, I ordered a pizza kit for my son and daughter-in-law to be delivered on 24th December, but I found out a couple of weeks later that they would be spending Christmas with my daughter-in-law's family. So, I went onto the Pizza Pilgrims website to change the delivery address and, as there is no phone number given, I had to send an email from their website to give them the new delivery address. I got no response from them so, after several days, I sent them another email asking for confirmation that the delivery address had been changed, but again got no response. My son got a text message from DPD on 22nd, which showed his address for delivery so he changed the delivery address to that of a neighbour. I have just had an email from DPD showing the proof of delivery which turns out to be my son's front doorstep! So, I am not at all happy with the service I have received from Pizza Pilgrims this time. I'm sure the pizza will be delicious, as it was the last time I ordered from them, but I definitely think they need to improve their customer service and communication.

The Pizza was great, but the music was hard rock or the sorts, totally unsuitable during the lunch meal...and the staff just refused to change it...The only explanation? "We can't change the music!"
Since it is Cristmass, you could at least listen to your customers and change the music when kindly asked...They only spend half an hour in the restaurant..But the bad memory stays...

Ordered a kit for the first time and it was so good! Haven't had pizza like that since I went to Rome. We had the double pepperoni and spice honey. Would definitely buy again and was very easy to make. Thanks! My husband raved to his family about it and now they will be buying one too.

I didn't think cooking a decent pizza at home was possible. How wrong was I? Had the honey pepperoni one. It was incredible. 10/10!

Amazing pizza in Pizza Pilgrims Queensway. Been there two nights in the row, that's how much I liked it. And the staff is so nice and professional. Loved it!

Pizza Pilgrims Queensway is the best pizza. Absolutely delicious. Don't forget to try the desert pizza!!

I visited the branch in Covent Garden with my friends on Saturday 25/09/21. It was a table of 6 and were sat in the downstairs area. We have seen the waiter in 2 occasions: to take the order and deliver the pizzas. After that, no waiter has come to the table to ask about the pizza, to clear the table from the plates or ask if we needed any more drinks or food. We even had to go upstairs to ask for our bill. And this is when we saw some of the staff again, when we had to pay. We felt like no one cared and we were even told that they had relaxed cause it was not busy...well you cannot leave customers with no service at all!Horrible experience. Gave 2 stars cause the pizza was apparently good, mine was gluten free and not mad about it!

Second week in a row, no delivery! Totally useless and a big waste of time, and money.

Their customer service phone number just goes to someone’s mobile EE voicemail. Leave a message, no one calls back.

I’ll be seeking another refund, deleting my account, requesting off their mailing list... and that’s all I’ll get for the massive waste of time, and my failed attempts to sort it out.

TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT, poor service, rubbish communication!

Avoid at all costs!, or if you do place an order, make sure you have a backup for when you wait all day with no idea or communication of what’s happening, until nothing shows up.

We had an amazing meal with the LOVELY Lety, so friendly and helpful, we had a Nutella tiramisu which was DELICIOUS !! LOVELY setting, absolutely recommend

First time visiting, absolutely mouthwatering delicious pizza.

Me my friend and our girls visited Pizza Pilgrims in Camden today, We were greeted With warm welcoming staff, service was fantastic and food was absolutely delicious, fresh and sooo tasty !! Definitely will go again 😊

really good pizza , I enjoy as well the sides(mac and cheese reccomended) and excellent customer service ( in particular Raffaele was amazing with us). Experience to try again if you like the stonebaked italian style pizza.

Not actually been inside the N4 location, but live local so I pass daily.
The unhygienic working practices of some of the staff are appalling.
This week alone I've witnessed one guy rubbing out his nostrils like a coke fiend before handling food, and another scratching the eczema on his elbows before handling napkins.
I'm so glad they have the food prep in the front window so these disgusting acts can be seen by the public.
