Absolutely disgusting and i could have got dominos for cheaper! My first and last time ordering from pizza go go

Pizza gogo greenleys the worse pizza gogo. I waited 2 hours for a cold under cooked pizza. I rang multiple times and the woman on the lied multiple times stating it was on the way. If your in milton keynes there is a better pizza gogo in Bletchley.

From the moment I walked in, I was met with a genuinely warm welcome from the managers, Mr. D and Mahfooz.
They took the time to chat with me, and that personal touch set the tone for the whole experience.

The pizzas were exceptional. Fresh out of the oven, the aroma alone was enough to make me smile. When I opened the box, the cheese was still bubbling, the crust perfectly golden, and the toppings generous and beautifully presented. That first bite was pure heaven — hot, rich, and full of flavour. You can tell real care goes into the preparation, not just the service.

Even the little details stood out: neatly packed boxes, the classic garlic & herb dips, and pizzas that looked as good as they tasted. Everything felt intentional and crafted with pride.

A combination of great food, genuine hospitality, and managers who truly care about their guests. Highly recommended.

The dough base was very soggy and under cooked, as soon as i tried to take a piece of the pizza slice it felt apart, had to throw it away as it was uneatable, I phoned and make a complain and requested can it be replaced but was answered with a NO. so had to hungry, definitely in the future wont be ordering from Pizza GoGo.

Pizza is not great and the service is pretty poor

Food arrived cold . There were minimal toppings and very little cheese. The base did not seem like fresh dough as described on website. It was extremely thin and hard. It was like a cheap frozen supermarket pizza - although that would probably have been better and at least hot. The curly fries were completely hard and cold. Would never buy from Pizza GoGo again.

Pizza delivered on time, delivery driver seemed fine.
The pizza for me was good, warm, but NOT piping hot. Toppings are stingy I must admit and don't think Pizza Go Go will do anything about it....
I went for veggie hot which was NOT hot at all and rather disappointing. I don't think these people are masters of pizza but it is ok.

Placed order and waited an over an hour. Nothing, so called them up and got told sorry we cancelled your order. Didn't have the brain power or decency to let us know even though they had contact details. Bunch of idiots, don't bother ordering with these Muppets. Terrible customer service. Pizza's are good but the service is so poor. The delivery for the last few times has been over an hour and when the pizza has come it has been cold. When you call them to explain this rather an apology they start to question you why it is cold.
Its not worth the hassle, so disappointed as the customer service rep did not care at all with attitude & excuses all the time.
Won't be ordering again!

Ordered 8 pizzas last week as an order for my Brownies from the Barking branch. Phoned them after placing order on line and they were so helpful. The driver could not have been better. Was on time, at the right place and was so helpful and polite. Nicest pizza and best service in a long time and the deliver driver needs recognition as a star within the company

very very very rude person that i was on the phone to, i asked how long my order was going to be after he said 25-35 mins and he was extremely rude by saying in a rude tone “why you asking me how long when i’ve already told you” after 35mins of waiting!! food is normal lovely but terrible service!!!!! never ordering from here again!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing quality very tasty quick delivery 2nd time buying and will do so again. Also will recommend to family and friends.

Three turns in a go they delivered wrong pizza. First time they added onions in the pizza and said on face they are not onions. Second time, the cheese was smelling bad. Third time, they sent bacon in pizza when we ordered the veg pizza and lied on face that we ordered wrong pizza. I would like to file a complaint of Pizza go go in sackville road.

Whilst waiting for pizzas, bare in mind you can watch it being made if you want. A member of staff walks over to counter staff and asks if ok being stared at, and takes temper out on my order. I've emailed the company and have had email back. And it still felt like I done something wrong. The only place I was looking was pizza being stacked on top oven ready to go, and the racket he made decking my order.
The email ended I hope you continue to enjoy pizza and no one has a problem.
I have not been since, I have my own drama in life. I don't spend 0ver twenty on a pizza and get treated like a pervert no thanks

The big guy at the counter should be locked up. I dont know what his problem is, it can only be 2 things, he has angar problems or he is racist to other races other than his own. I ordered a small 7 inch pizza for collection. I picked it up from the shop and went home. When i open the box i notice it was just a plain base. I asked for barbecue base. So i decided to take it back. I can only eat the barbecue base because without it there pizzas are tasteless. I ask the guy at the till if they can do me another pizza because they got my order wrong. The guy got really angry and started shouting and swearing. So i said who do you think you're talking too, it wasn't me who made the senseless mistake. After i said that he came bursting from the till and he was in my face shouting as if he wanted to fight. So i said hit me if you want to hit me, thats why youre in my face right. I said it again, go on hit me. Another worker had to come round to hold the guy back but he was having problems with that because the guy just kept coming at me. The other workers force the mad guy to the back of the shop and i was at the counter with the guy first worker that tryed to calm him down. I asked him, what is wrong with that guy, i just asked to do me another pizza because he got it wrong. The worker could not give me an answer, he just looked embarrased. I asked him if i could have my money back. After what just went on, i couldn't eat from there and feel comfortable. He gave me my money back. Pizza go go london, southwark park road. Dont go there find another pizza place. Dealing with that guy at the counter will angar you, put you off eating your pizza or send you to prison. And he is not just the guy at the counter. I think he manages the shop and he also helps out making the pizzas.

gave the family food poisoning. made a large order including multiple chicken items and all 6 of us were seriously ill for the next 3 days. order time is slow and the food is low quality.

Phoned management to make them aware and the manager was rude and tried to basically gaslight us to believing it wasn't their fault. This manager needs firing immediately and food hygiene needs looking into. STAY WELL AWAY.

Double pepperoni but without the double pepperoni and struggled to find cheese. To add insult to injury, the pizza came burnt, hard as cardboard and bad sour taste as if old cancelled order reheated and dispatched. And no sauce. End result later in the night ...... bad stomach
