I absolutely love the concept behind Pixory! It’s such a beautiful and creative way to turn your photos and memories into something you can actually keep forever.

I did run into some technical issues while creating my photobook, so I reached out to their customer service team and had a really positive experience. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely receptive to my feedback. Gabrielle took the time to address the issues I mentioned and assured me they were being passed along to their development team, which I really appreciated.

It’s refreshing to see a company actually listen to its customers and take feedback seriously. The concept is amazing, and with a few improvements to the editing experience, I think Pixory has so much potential. I’m really looking forward to finishing my book and seeing the final result! 💗

Received my book for the Morocco trip, was so excited to open it as I saved it as a present for my birthday. Only to open it today and see I’ve been sent a blank book. I remember uploading the photos onto the website and saving, so was really disappointed they’ve charged me £25 for a blank book with Morocco at the front

Got help quickly and an actual solution. I appreciated it a lot!

Ordered three books to commemorate our travels around South America. One had a page coming out which the lovely team replaced pretty much instantly. The books are so fantastic, they capture our travels perfectly. Can’t wait to have another excuse to order some more!

Gabriella was so helpful i had an issue and she replied within 2 hours on a saturday and sunday and managed to get it fixed. Incredible quality of the book as well

I never received a confirmation email but luckily screenshotted my order when I placed it so I had my order number. So I emailed the customer service team and Gabrielle has been amazing with working with me to find my package that says it was delivered but unsure if it did. They placed the claim for me and offered to reship the order in the meantime because it will be a longer process with the claims. So my new order is on the way!

I love the concept and I received my photobook really quickly without a problem. The designs are really beautiful.
Moreover, the help center is really helpful and quick. I had lost a project and was panicking and they found back the project for me and restored it. Thank you again.

Amazing quality photobooks and exceptional customer service. I ordered two photobooks and unfortunately one of the pages was marked - I contacted customer service team and they responded within 24hours with a solution stating this was not the standard they aim for! I was that impressed with the response and photobooks that arrived - I have ordered another two! Buy with confidence - Great experience!

Have made a few photo books now and I love the ease and quality ! The customer service i have received in regard to a book recently was incredibly fast and efficient. My issue was resolved above my expectations!

My project was deleted, and after contacting support the normal troubleshooting steps did not work to get it restored. Thankfully the representative helping me Jeron did literally everything in his power to get it back it to me!! Thank you so much Jeron!!

Excellent quality, fast delivery and production. Also really fast customer service, I had a question about an order and got response less than 5 minutes after sending an email to support. Ordered already 7 photo books and more will be coming! I totally recommend!

I Love my Books! I had an issue where my books were lost in transit, but the customer service account was super responsive and easy to contact! I got my books resent for free!

Genuinely incredible customer service! There was an error with my book, to no fault of the team, and they identified this and gave me the opportunity to fix this issue before printing. They could not have been more helpful in the process, cannot wait to receive them and will definitely be ordering one for each holiday I go on!!💖

Love their work, from paper quality to picture resolution its always look real to take me back into time. All travel books are owsome. The feature to add stickers on the pages look so cool. 🥰 will order 1 again in Sep 🤭. Also their customer support is appreciated, always quickly reply. Thank you team

Not only are the books absolutely adorable but the customer service is exceptional. I emailed the typical customer service email affiliated with the website and assumed I would get a copy and pasted AI response; something like “ thank you for your email, currently we are experiencing a high volume of requests so we will get back to you in 3 to 5 business days”. But no!!! an actual human being emailed me about a minute later and answered my questions directly. I thanked them profusely for the fast reply and I’m excited to start planning my next photo album. Thank you Pixory.

I'm obsessed with these books! They look super cute and trendy. It's definitely my new obsession and I'll be ordering more. The quality of the books is much better than I expected. The pages and thick, and the print is great! You would never tell that all of the pictures I've taken on my phone. The shipping was quick too. The only downside is that on the last page of the book there is a watermark. It's not a huge deal, but if anyone from Pixory is reading this, could you please consider moving the watermark to the empty paper page? Other than that, I love my books! Thank you for the great experience!
