This necklace is definitely amazing. As a server and nanny I am always in need to place my ring in a safe place quickly, this necklace does the trick; plus, it looks great.

I purchased my Pixie Wing Ring Keeper a year or 2 ago and I love it. I have even had several patients comment on how clever it is when they see my rings on it. The necklace is pretty enough that I usually wear it even on days I am not in surgery. I recently caught it on something and broke the extender (my necklace was the older, silver version so not as strong as the current steel) - I wanted make sure to replace the extender with a quality one so I reached out to customer service. Rog was very quick to reply and resolved my issue at a level well above my expectations.

The necklace works perfectly. I have one for myself and use it for anytime I’m getting my hands dirty like in the kitchen or gardening. I have one for my daughter who works in the medical field and it works great for her and also when she goes to the gym, she doesn’t have to leave it at home or in her locker, especially if she comes from work. Bonus, it also doubles as a fidget toy. It works so well that there’s nothing I can add.

I ordered from Pixie Wing as an anniversary gift for my fiancé, and the Vesta ring keeper has been perfect! She has a very hands on job, so it’s great to have a safe spot for her to keep her ring during the day. When an issue arose, customer service (Rog) was incredibly helpful to kind in their answers! They answer so quickly and the issue was resolved within just two emails! Would definitely order from them again.

The ordering process was extremely simple and straightforward. Unfortunately, through fault of my own, I managed to damage the clasps and needed a replacement. Luckily, the Pixie Wing Customer Support Team (Thank you so much Lesley) was extremely kind and understanding and managed to ship out a replacement chain within the day. Extremely satisfied with the quality of the chain and ring keeper, as well as the customer service. Highly recommend.

Updated to 4 stars because I was refunded fairly swiftly once they finally looked into it, but it shouldn't really have taken me so long to convince them that something had gone wrong given that I identified a major bug in their system. They didn't acknowledge this at all.

This feels oddly like gaslighting. I'm trying to point out a major bug in your website where you're effectively (perhaps unknowingly) stealing from people, and goodness knows how many times it may have already happened. It's not just a display issue as your response implies, the £100 gift voucher only registers as £75.12 ($100) on your website. I will email you a screenshot. SPEAK TO YOUR WEB DEVELOPER immediately and I would suggest you temporarily disable gift cards while you deal with the bug.

I bought a £100 gift card for a friend and received a $100 gift card. I tested it to be sure and it definitely only registers as $100 even though I was charged the full £100, meaning that Pixie Wing has effectively stolen about £20 through the conversion error. I wrote to them through PayPal and they have not responded despite several reminders. Luckily, as I went through PayPal and my credit card, I am protected, but Pixie Wing's lack of response is really disappointing. Especially given that I have a lovely necklace from them myself and thought I'd share the experience.

I ordered 2, one for my son and one for his fiancee. They are beautiful and just as described. They arrived quickly in a very nice bag and gift box.

I was a little skeptic because of all the instagram adds but it also was a perfect solutions to stop loosing my rings if it was real, an it is so much better than I thought! The necklace is so beautiful and it’s so easy to use! I can’t wear my rings at work or when I do pottery and when they are on the necklace I don’t even notice! It’s so perfect!!
