We've been using Pixie Dust for holiday lets in York for a little while now. They are brilliant! Great communication, thorough, flexible and always clean to the highest standards. So much so that the cleaning scores for my whole portfolio increased. Definitely recommend!

I started using Kirstie at Pixie Dust earlier this year to clean my luxury holiday apartment in York. She’s brilliant. Not only does she clean my apartment to a very high standard, her communication is second to none and really sets aside from other cleaning companies I’ve used.

For me, knowing it’s always Kirstie doing the cleaning (rather than with larger companies where it can be a different person every week) means I know the apartment will be cleaned to the same high standard each time.

Kirsty’s excellent communication means I can text her to let her know of any issues, and vice versa, which makes all the difference.

I would highly recommend Pixie Dust for anyone looking for a high quality clean, clear communication and a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
