Costumer service

After an issue that I had while trying to play a game I contacted the support email and within 5 minutes I was in contact with a person who helped explain why I was having the issue and Dale was able to provide me with excellent care in fixing my issue.

Don't buy from Pixelpuffin / G2A

I bought a game as an account and everything was fine.
With the second account, I was delivered a non-functioning game three times and I asked for my money back. My request was denied.
The first account is still set up on my Switch and has now led to a permanent ban from online services. The Switch is unusable and the money is gone. Stay away from G2A and Pixelpuffin.

Edit:
After explaining about the banned console i got a refund for both buyed accounts. At least that is a small relief.

Avoid

Avoid, do yourselves a favour and search for real reviews. Terrible customer service/communication, misleading products. Clearly some sort of dodgy dealings going on.

bought 2 switch accounts played the…

bought 2 switch accounts played the games i spent money on for a year just for both of them to become compromised. support gave me replacements that didnt work and after contacting them again said my warranty ran out. NOT reccomended only if you want to play a game for about a year

Amazing support

Amazing support from Pixelpuffin! My account logged off and somehow I had to relogin. While I tried to relogin the 2FA Code was not valid anymore. Life Chat connected quickly and I spoke to the support. After a few tries I was able to login in but unfortunately the account was suspended, maybe due to the wrong logins.

The support instantly granted me a new login and I was able to use it all again. Amazing!!
