Like other people, I got scammed. I paid the 0.99c for a single image edit. I then cancelled my subscription (as I am aware of this loophole), but then they still charged me US$50 after cancellation. Am about to pursue legal options. I'm sick of these companies.

Pixella.ai is a scam. I paid 2$ dollars for one image modification and now they charge me $50 without any notification or nothing else. Don’t trust this scam. This should not be legal. I am going to sue them

The app claims to be free, but after generating the image you want you have to pay for it. THEN after paying thinking I had 7 days access to the app NOTHING works without spending more money on credits which is highly misleading. I thought I would have to pay $1.50 for my image but instead I need to pay $11.50 or more.

So I do not recommend this company at all it seems to be a scam. First they generated a not so great logo so I went to at least remove the extra words they put in and it took me to purchase the $1.49 which said to have unlimited edits. I also received an email confirmation saying the same thing. So i purchase it so 8 can make some changes and I went to edit and it said you are out of credits. Like wtf so no way to make changes before you purchase and no way to make changes after you purchase without more money. This is definitely not something for someone trying up. It looks like a good deal but it definitely is not worth the $1.49 and if I could attach what they made for me you would see.

They dealt efficiently and very humanly with my predicament. I’m grateful.

I contacted customer service to cancel my subscription. I just didn’t need it and wasn’t aware of the trial period and automatic charges. I got notified right away that my message was received, followed up by a solution to my problem. I was offered a subscription at a lower rate but ultimately decided to cancel. I was further notified right away that everything was taken care of. Thank you!

I like the images created. They are very accurate.

The actual AI output was fine. What I found highly objectionable was the way they sign you up to an on-going subscription without letting you know. I paid the required fee for some images but was billed several days later for a much higher amount. So much so that my bank identified the charge as likely credit card fraud and cancelled my card! So thanks Pixella. I’m now without a credit card for at least a week. Obviously, won’t be using your site again. Check the How To Remove guide for more detailed information about this site.

Working with other tools, I wasn't happy with the upscaling result, I needed a quick solution, right now... The quick Subscription and payment for a single day/short use was super quick and easy. It was all a very smart and easy flow.

It was great because they solved my problem. But at the beginning I was worried because it seemed that they didn't understand what I was asking...

SCAM. Avoid at all costs. I paid $1.49 as a one off payment for one file. and they took it upon themselves to charge my credit card $63 for a subscription I never agreed to. I contacted Costumer Service and they refused to give me a refund, instead offering me an annual subscription for the money they stole from me.

Initially, I did not find it user friendly. The customer service was good and helped address some of my queries. So far, I have been able to generate some interesting images.
