i have subscribed to this service and…

i have subscribed to this service and am still getting EXTREMELY SLOW DOWNLOAD SPEEDS> With a come back tomorrow you have exceeded your 5GB download limit. What the Hell was the point of subscribing if there is no advantage.????
One man op ....feels like a one man con to me.
If this level of service continues will be contacting my bank, cancelling my subscription and seeking legal advice .

Do better

The download limit is retarted and some how i hot the download limit without ever downloading anything and not only that but it doesnt reset like it says it does every day sometimes it takes 3 days
