I shared my concept and they did my logo very well. They also share you their own concepts and you are free to choose which concept would you go for. Communication is very easy. They are very patient and they listen to all your suggestions. I highly recommend them for your logo designs.

Although their initial communications were on point, the basic fee for your personalized logo is bottom of the barrel. The provide the stationary design file but everything else is an upgrade. To get the actual vector files with higher resolution to be able to use on marketing material was another $100. I also requested the logo without the "LLC" in the title & only requested it on future business cards but when they sent it incorrectly told me I would have to pay the initial cost again & upgrade $100 for any revisions. They get you with the small initial fee but all in the attempt to pay more for inaccurate level you can actually utilize. They also push for you to pay the extra money to file it legally. I could have done what they did & better on Canva for free honestly.

Do NOT use this service. While their design was good and it took a long time to get done and for them to get the final files. I chose not to have them file the legal trademark for hundreds of dollars. Sure enough, shortly after, I get text messages saying someone is trying to take my trademark and I need to pay to have them do it. Today, Mike Morgan, their Legal Rep sends an email (5.21.25) saying that they're in house attorney just got a notification that someone tried to file for my business name and the artwork for my business in New York. Not a coincidence. They no doubt have something set up to get this to happen if you don't pay the extra fees. I'm going to get a new logo design with a different company now to avoid this nonsense.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Unhappy with the design very bland. Asked for a revision witch i paid for that package. "No revision received" Called to get a refund not wanting to use the service or use there design. Just to have a customer service representative argue with me (very argumentative).Terrible way to offer customer service highly discourage anyone using this company or platform. Hopefully this review gets seen and not deleted and saves the next person $90.

They are very friendly and explain other things they have to help your business Succeed Creating logos.

Daniel was absolutely amazing. He was clear and concise and listened to what I wanted. There was some miscommunication in the beginning from the info he received from the sales department and he quickly listened to me and redid proofs to very close to the final one we chose. It is so much easier dealing with the design team than sales. Thumbs up to Daniel!!!

I can't believe this company has such good Trustpilot reviews - please read Yelp for the truth. Pixel Brand Design preys on new business owners by giving you one package price to own the logo they create for you, but before they send the files, they require you to pay them to file USPTO trademark (which you can and should always do on your own). If you don't pay, they will trademark it first, and threaten to sue you for the rights back of your own company.

Great response time and Daniel was helpful and easy to work with in order to get the right details with the logo ideas.
