I ordered custom banner, but it was in wrong size and it was not stitched.

simplisity of design although missing ability to have other sizes, great delivery times and product quality was great

Delivery was accurate and prints looked great. The proofing system was slow and crashed multiple times. I wasn't able to order invoice with my VAT number since I wanted delivery to my hotel in Germany (I'm not German) and was thus forced to pay German taxes. Previously I was able to get the order under my Finnish VAT number, but now it couldn't be changed. I'm still waiting for response to e-mail where I was asking for the invoice.

I got 250 free cards, which I think is astounding and very customer friendly.
So I can recommend it. The cards were absolutely perfect.

I paid A HUGE amoubt of money for a shitty print that was supposedly reviewed. I could do the same with my home printer. This was a huge waste of money

Design was printed wrong. I had paid for a designer to check my design, nobody reached out.

Images printed as posters 70x100 4x where great quality except one had a stain size of 5mm like the printing head left a redish mark on it. Except from that, excelent quality and great service as always

I really like that they offer a lot of information about their products, specially when taking about printing media sometimes it can be difficult to choose the right paper, so to have some examples helped me a lot.

Just with one of the products I ordered (a magazine), I think that an ink was running low because you can see it's not "bright" enough, and some pages came with little smudges from the ink roll but it's not that bad.
