Exceptional customer service. Strong communication at every step of the way and very friendly staff who were more than happy to answer questions over the phone and by email. Very happy with the quality of the items purchased. We had a minor issue with part of our order and it was rectified promptly and appropriately. This experience was miles apart from some very frustrating recent experiences I've had with larger retailers. I would highly recommends Pits, Pots and Patios.
