SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT. Do not inject money into this scam casino. You will never get a cent out of it. Their excuse for denying all withdrawal attempts??—you have an active bonus. There is no where indicating any bonus you may have. Even when you don’t have a bonus—because you opted to deposit without one—they claim you do. They offered to take $2000 of my $2500 withdrawal towards this “ghost bonus” and said they were doing me a favour allowing me to withdraw $500. Do yourself a favour—find a legit casino. I know I will never see a cent of this $2500 and have lost $$$$ to this casino.

Follow-up: they continue to insist I have a bonus and I have to wager through it. There is no bonus. They offered to cancel this apparent bonus by keeping $2000 of my $2500 withdrawal leaving me with $500. Completely untrue. I won after depositing $800. Furthermore, they will not tell me how much I have to wager. They ignore my emails. Live chat says email them and they will tell you. They have blocked out all withdrawal options. My money is stuck in this casino and there’s nothing I can do but walk away from now over $$3200.

£14,100.30 HELD HOSTAGE – PREDATORY TACTICS & SHADY NIGERIAN PROCESSORS

URGENT SCAM WARNING – DO NOT DEPOSIT AT PITBET.IO

I am posting this as a severe warning to all players: DO NOT DEPOSIT AT PITBET.IO. This site is currently withholding my £14,100.30 winnings through a series of predatory technical blocks and a total refusal to communicate.

The Scam: Unsolicited Bonuses & Technical Traps
I deposited a total of £1,629 across 18 separate transactions, specifically opting OUT of all bonuses. Despite this, the casino forced two 'VIP level bonuses' (£8.73and£4.37) onto my account. They then instructed me to wager these on Gamebeat and BGaming to release my funds.

I acted in good faith and successfully turned over £300 in wagering while the games were briefly accessible. Immediately after this progress, the casino technically restricted my account from these providers. Every attempt to load these games now results in the error: 'The provider is not available at the moment.' This is a deliberate 'stall tactic' to prevent me from finishing the wagering before the bonus expires so they can void my entire £14,100.30 balance.

Silent Rejections & Zero Support:
* Withdrawal Sabotage: My withdrawals are being rejected silently. There is no notification, no email explanation, and no dashboard alert. My profile falsely claims 'No Active Bonus,' yet my cash remains locked.
* Total Silence: I have sent multiple emails to their support and Live Chat and my messages has been ignored.

Shady Payment Routing:
I have discovered that my deposits were processed through obscure Nigerian entities, including Alpha Technologies and Datawork Analytics. This is a massive red flag for any legitimate casino. I am now reporting these 18 transactions to my bank’s fraud department as a breach of contract and merchant misrepresentation.

Evidence Retained:
I have timestamped video and screenshot proof of my £14,100.30 balance, the £300 wagering progress, the technical error messages, and my unanswered emails. I have lodged formal disputes with CasinoGuru and AskGamblers.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. If you win big here, they will use technical glitches and forced bonuses to make sure you never see a penny of it.Stay away from this casino site.

bad experience

Terrible service, the chat support was awful. I made a deposit and when I went to withdraw money they asked me to verify my account, which I submitted documentation for, but they didn't accept it. Days later, the balance disappeared without a word. This site is a rip-off

Please do not play at this casino

Please do not play at this casino
Please do not play at this casino. I have been waiting for a withdrawal since 10th November.
I was giving every excuse under the sun to as why my withdrawal was constantly being rejected until they had no possible reason an then began ignoring me.

All live chat do is say contact support, however support have been ignoring my emails since 8th of December.

You can clearly see the positive reviews are not genuine and clearly players who have not played at the casino and been giving incentives to review. I will update if I do receive my withdrawal

Totally unreasonable Customer Service and a Scam Site

I joined Pitbet today and deposited £25 and was given a £25 Bonus so balance was £50.

I found a game to play and set bet a 0.50 and played 1 spin on game and all my £50 was taken.

I used live chat to try to negotiate at least my initial deposit back of £25 but Anna who I was speaking too said can you prove what happened? I replied well how can I prove it after it happened? The blame was placed on me and chat threw me out!

They simply dismiss you despite reaching out to resolve matters that is not good customer service and my gut feeling tells me that this is a scam casino!

I have now requested my account be closed via live chat and emailed Pitbet! I will update if account is not closed!

Pitbet seems fun but withdraws don’t seem to be granted.

Pitbet has various games to play. Bonus offers seam great but when it’s time to withdraw is not good. My withdraw request has been rejected several time. I can’t get any assistance to tell me why. To get a response on the live chat in a timely manner is ridiculous. Verification clearance takes long. When I asked why my withdraw request was rejected and I finally get a response on the chat I am told I need to email support Ive been waiting on a response but I’m sure support does not work weekends. Why do they have a chat support if you can’t get assistance. If I get my withdraw granted I’ll up date this review. Customer support offers no support at all. Withdraw requests rejected each time. Promotion rules are not well explained. Not trustworthy

This company won’t let you close your account. I’ve been trying to permanently close my account for 2 weeks, everyday they same the same thing “itll be close in 24hrs” they have no option for setting limits. So basically they have no issue keeping problem gamblers on their books, so I assume are not governed by a reputable licensing company.

It’s alright. Nothing crazy but not bad either. I play mostly blackjack and it works fine. The site glitched once on my phone but reloaded okay. Support could be faster.
