Great Customer Service people
It is the first time I have purchased a fishing reel Carbon X 4000 from Piscifun. On my first outing (surf fishing), the anti-reverse switch would eventually failed to lock.
I immediately wrote to Piscifun customer service to explain the situation. They were super quick in responding and quite helpful to offer a replacement or a refund. Throughout this entire experience, all the customer service folks were extremely professional and understanding. I got my refund on the same day.

I saw these reels a few years back and bought one to try. Fell in love , just ordered my 5th one. I use 40 lb PowerPro line on a 7 ft ugly stick 1 piece rod for catfish and striper fishing. Cast like a dream , Going to buy 2 more this spring. Anyone who has used bait caster reels instantly love them.

This company will take care of you, forget what people say about where its from or who owns what, the customer service is top notch and beats any company in the states. The only drawback is they may take a single day to respond, but when they do its worth it. Kindness and thoroughness hasnt been this good in a company for me since pre covid. Great experience. They want your business and will respect you as a customer, try it for yourself. Any issue with your order and you will get top level care.

NautiX 4000
This order was a replacement for a dead on arrival/warranty. At the time of shipment, Piscifun always sends an estimated arrival date, and 3 of 3 orders, it is always Wrong by two days. I shake my head and say "my Friday order is not going to deliver Monday". Three times delivery has been 2-3 days later than the first estimate. Piscifun might as well just leave this up to the carrier's tracking mechanism. The NautiX 4000 appears to be a quality reel. Very nice drag, light wt., long smooth casts. I do feel very slight gear 'rumble' on this 9 bearing reel. It will be interesting to see if it gets 'hydraulic smooth' after the gears wear-in/mesh? I also prefer the handle grip on the 3000 with flats, vs the larger full round grip on the 4000>.
