Very bad experience with the returns process
I bought one item, which is good quality but, now I'm really struggling to get my refund for two items that don't fit me. First Pisamonas said they had not received my returns. Royal Mail tracking confirms the items have been delivered.
Now Pisamonas is saying I used the wrong label and they have to search for the items before refunding.
The Royal Mail return labels I used, were sent to me by Pisamonas. I have sent Pisamonas copies of these labels and received an automated reply in Spanish. Which I had to translate, as I am based in UK. I have spent hours on all of this....a really really bad experience!
