Easy to use
Easy to use! That’s the best part of pirate Ship. You check rates before purchasing too. I’d say the only thing that I wish could be a little better is that I wish they would make the dimensions for smallest packages a little smaller instead of the 4 x 6 as minimum

Simply Works, Simply
Several years back, with a new book, I asked our post office about an easy way to send Media Mail without waiting each time at the counter (USPS.com doesn't have that option). I received a call back from a regional USPS guy who referred me to PirateShip. HGe was enthusiastic about how they would solve all my problems. And they have been great. We use them now for all shipping. We can paste in address, and it automatically fills out the forms. Then we describe the package, pick any special services, such as Media Mail, and we get a set of options and prices, both USPS and UPS. Pirate Ship automatically sends an email with tracking. We get a label, attach and drop off the package, whether a book or a box of baby clothes for our new granddaughter.

Never an issue with PirateShip
Never an issue with PirateShip! Plus you save a ton over going to the post office. Better insurance that doesn't deny all your claims. Even fought usps to get money back when they overcharged me for no reason. What's not to like?

This site is amazing
This site is amazing. I’ve had no downtime packages are delivered. Emails are delivered fast and the price is really good. You don’t have to ship priority. It gets there just as fast ship ground to Alaska there in three days ground US mail. The other package went to Hawaii ground US mail two days from Dolphin Island,, Alabama.

Was given the information about Pirate Ship 8 or so years ago. No long contracts, no monthly fees, just pay the reduced rate for your service and you have someone on your side if you need help.
I highly recommend them for any small business.

Pirate Ship is excellent!
Pirate Ship is very user friendly. I don't need to hunt around for all the shipping options because they are all presented in a good, concise format. It is easy to look up, track, and review packages that have been shipped. I have not had ANY problems with Pirate Ship. I am glad for this way to make my business run more smoothly.

I’ve been using PirateShip for my business for 2 years now. Customer service is always available and helpful. The chat bot has also solved many of my inquiries without needing to chat with an agent. I create around 150-200 labels per month. I use them for domestic and international shipping without issue.
