Taylor was the finest matey sailin' aboard me ship! They helped me out when I was in a pinch and came up with a solution very fast! Very great customer service!

Taylor was very helpful with resolving my issue! I had paid for signature on my UPS package and one was never posted. Taylor checked the tracking and explained where I would be able to find the signature, but one wasn’t entered. I was promptly refunded for the signature surcharge, AND I learned something new about UPS processes.

Fun, fabulous website that's intuitive and easy to use. Saves me on shipping costs! Wish I'd discovered it sooner! Only downside is no customer service phone support (but customer service via chat and email has worked for me). And no FedEx options.

This app has made my life so much easier selling my fragrances online. Especially with the addition of the qr code function. I am currently having to file multiple insurance claims because USPS is a hot mess so I guess we will see if my 4 star review holds up through this process. I'll check back in after but so far pirateship is full steam ahead for me. A big thanks to Sarah for getting that QR code function added for me too.

I recently emailed my own shipping labels, made with Pirate Ship, to my perfume supplier to ship 4 large, 36-lb boxes each to my small town of Laie, Hawai'i, with no problems and for $200.00 less than my supplier quoted. Their customer support is the fastest I’ve ever had experience with, especially from a website! They are super friendly and always eager to help out! I feel a sense of relief being able to use their service for my shipping needs because there are never any issues! The one time there actually was an issue (at no fault of pirate ship but really more of my own) I had one package returned by usps for incorrect reasons. Pirate Ship actually resolved the issue for me within a few hours and I was able to have my package back out to the recipient the very next day, and even better, at no extra cost to me! The convenience of Pirate Ship, as well as their wonderful customer service/support, makes shipping simple and easy for anyone young, old, or in between! Don't let shipping be a nightmare, just use Pirate Ship!

I have a small artisan cookie business and have used retail shipping for years. So stupid! I discovered Pirate Ship out of panic in finding a glitch on our website that didn’t apply the right postage. I was going to eat most of the shipping cost so I started looking for options. I took a leap of faith with Pirate Ship and my life and business are forever changed. You are now the only place I will go for all my shipping needs. You make it so easy and have an excellent website that makes it fast and easy to ship, track orders and manage the shipping end of my business. Wish I would have discovered you a decade ago. I was using shippo previously and was having issues with them not letting me send but so many packages a month, ivr since switched to Pirateship and its been perfection.. I can ship as much as I want with no issues, user interface is perfection ! I even like sense of humor.. if you hadnt chatted with them, I highly recommend the chat tool

No fee’s, great customer service, help with issues, now waiting to see if they update the envelope shipping to conform to >1\4”, not flexible, these items must go regular mail, Pirate acknowledge the issue, let’s see if they fix the rate page,

I rely on Pirate Ship for all my personal and business shipping. All I need is my cellphone, a measuring tape, a mail scale, and a label maker, and I'm not standing in interminable lines at the Post Office. No more guessing at which delivery service is best for each package. It's changed my life, and it will change yours. Your time and money are valuable, and Pirate Ship exists make your life easier.

I generally use Pirate Ship for all my eBay sales. It's easy to convert the addresses from your sales and the prices are significantly less expensive. In addition, Pirate Ship advises you of any changes on shipping sites. Extremely easy to navigate and wonderful customer service.
