I love Pirate Ship. It’s easy to use and the team is very responsive when an issue occurs. I highly recommend using for shipping needs!

I have only been using Pirate Ship a little over a year and it has saved me over $1,400 in just label fees, compared to my previous service! No per-label fees, no monthly subscriptions...I do have to make a couple more clicks using it, but for what it saves me, it is worth it. I have only needed help a couple of times, but their support team has always responded in a reasonable time. Glad I switched!

Simple, exact, and fast.

I have been using PirateShip.com since 2020, and have always found it to be cheaper & more convenient than purchasing postage direct from any of the major shipping companies/USPS/UPS/FedEx. Everything has also always been received on time if not before, and have not had any complaints about the condition of packages upon arrival. Don't know that I can say any of that from any other shipper. Best is the lower costs! User experience is excellent, very user friendly. Customer Service is very fast, professional and helpful too. Highly recommended.

I rarely write 5 star reviews, but Pirate Ship absolutely earned this one.
I recently shipped an international package that was returned due to a customs documentation issue. I had followed the shipping process as presented and had no idea the product description needed to be more specific. Even though USPS considers the postage "used" once it's scanned and Pirate Ship wasn't obligated to do anything, Betsy took the time to review my case and issued a one-time courtesy credit from Pirate Ship.
That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Betsy was friendly, understanding, and focused on finding a solution rather than just quoting policy. The experience turned what could have been a very frustrating situation into one that left me even more confident in using Pirate Ship.
Mistakes and unexpected issues happen in shipping. What matters is how a company responds, and Pirate Ship responded with professionalism, generosity, and outstanding customer service.
They've earned a customer for life. Highly recommended.

I use them all the time.

I sent a box with my motorcycle seat via Pirate Ship and was charged $78.00 Then they inform me that the carrier (UPS) found my box to be slightly larger from 52x30x9 to 53x32x12 inches with dimensional weight changed from 85 lb to 123 lb due to new dimensions. I weighed the box at 15 lbs. Then I was informed by Pirate Ship that I was charged an additional $100.00 for the shipping by the carrier. However, the charge came through Pirate Ship. How can a 15 pound box with slightly larger dimensions go from $78.00 to $178.00? The cost to have my motorcycle seat modified was $175.00! This is the last time I use Pirate Ship.

I’ve used Pirate Ship over 5 years. I’ve always found the rates to be cheaper than if I was to ship on my own. The tracking is great, the website is easy to use and best of all the monthly rate is ZERO!! I ship both domestic and international without any problem. This company is a 10 out of 10!!!
