Had a bad swap where the trader kept my…

Had a bad swap where the trader kept my stickers and did not send hers. Pipsticks did nothing to have her return my stickers and did not offer any to replace them. The moderators let her cancel the swap. She did say she would swap and I picked out stickers I wanted.
Pipsticks said there was nothing they could do. Be warned and beware of Ashley Bertrand. Very poor customer service. AG sent the final decision.
Lauren were the previous ones.

Don't subscribe; scam!

I've seen their stickers at shops and decided to sign up for the petite sticker club during a promo. The promo included a previous pack and puff sticker.... I'm not one to reach out to customer service, but I had to because I never received the promo pack. Their website claims that they will send orders separately from the sticker club. Okay, so I waited about a week (this was already two weeks after I placed the order) and finally reached out to customer service. They claimed it was sent and must have gotten lost in transit. They sent another, which arrived before my first month's subscription.

Some designs are cute while others are weird (stickers of feet...?) and seem to be A.I. They've claimed that they have designers and whatnot, but I don't believe there are currently any negative repercussions (legal or otherwise) for a company to disclose their use of A.I.

Next, the "owner," Mo, enjoys using every avenue to add her two cents. The a "note from Mo" included in each subscription with uninteresting sentiments about the theme, utilizes the company social feeds to post about her daily life and well, I would rather hear, see, and learn from the designers.

Their site also has conflicting shipping information, so it's fair to assume you'd receive your order in the days the guidelines share, but NO. It seems like items get sent when they remember they should, and a shady/garbage courier middleman is used to send them to USPS.

Do not order from this company!

Do not order from this company; AWFUL! Shipping is unbelievably slow. The first order I figured okay, I’ll deal with it; but 2 in a row over 2 weeks late? No way. I haven’t even received the second one so who knows if it will even arrive.

I’ve ordered from Pipsticks a few…

I’ve ordered from Pipsticks a few times, but this most recent time I’ve come to the conclusion that I will not be ordering for them anymore. My past experience has been great but my recent order has taken almost a month to arrive. (I still haven’t gotten it). The order tracking has also been terrible and hasn’t updated in 3 days so I have no idea if it will arrive when it is supposed to. I also find it so annoying that they send so many emails and texts about sales and “last chance to get it by ___ date” when I ordered A month ago and still haven’t gotten it. I never leave bad reviews but I’m so annoyed. The stickers are cute and good quality but it’s honestly not worth it.

Idk what's happening at Pipsticks

Idk what's happening at Pipsticks, but my orders take SO LONG to get to me. Their website says "up to 14 days" in the US. I ordered on 9/29, and they didn't even print a shipping label until 10/13, and the tracking says it's due to arrive on 10/23. What?? Almost a whole month later? That's ridiculous. Their stickers are cute, and good quality, but I'm not ordering from them anymore. They have my money for almost a month before I get anything? Nope. They need to improve their shipping times somehow, because no one wants to wait that long.

A Tale of Two Subscriptions

We let our daughters each pick out a subscription box this year. They were thrilled. One chose Pipsticks Sticker Club, the other two chose a different company.

Here’s the difference: six weeks later, despite multiple emails and back-and-forth with Pipsticks’ customer service, we still have not received a single box. Meanwhile, our other two kids have already received two shipments from their subscription. You can imagine the disappointment that caused for the one left out.

If you care about actually receiving what you pay for, don’t choose Pipsticks.
If you want customer service that does more than send empty reassurances, don’t choose Pipsticks.
And if you value your kids’ excitement and happiness, definitely don’t choose Pipsticks.

This was supposed to be fun. Instead, it’s been nothing but a letdown.

Misleading promo!

I wanted to try the sticker subscription and the website had a promo that would give me 15 sticker sheets if I signed up for a subscription.
I opted for the “pro petite”,but didn’t get the free stickers. I reached out to ask about it, and was told it was only included in the “classic” subscription. However,both text message I received and the info under their “promotion details” do not state that - the first says: “claim 15 free sticker sheets when you subscribe to our plans”, and the later: “15 FREE STICKER SHEETS OR SUBSCRIPTION BOX
Only valid for first time subscribers. Not valid for international subscriptions”. In other words: the written text doesn’t specify which subscription I need to sign up for to get the freebies, so any would be valid.
I explained their error, but the CS just said sorry and, of course, that she could move me to the “classic” subscription (more expensive) to get the bonus. No apologies for the ambiguity in the text/website, no better resolution.
I canceled both my order and subscription, and I don’t want to do business with shady companies.

This is the second time I’ve tried pip…

This is the second time I’ve tried pip sticks. Managing the website is nearly impossible. They offer no way to remove credit card information which I think is totally messed up. They just charged me for a second month of a sub subscription and I haven’t even received the first month package. The only way I can reach out is to send an email and hope for a response. I logged into my account today and it doesn’t even show that I have a subscription. This place sucks. I’m gonna change my credit card numbers and never go back.

Love them!

I had the "petite" subscription for a while. When the prices raised, I had to cancel, but I still have a LOT of stickers from when I was getting a new pack every month.
Even the smaller subscription is generous, and they have such great quality stickers and such cool designs. Plus you can buy individual stickers and sticker sheets from them without a subscription.

I hope to be able to subscribe again in the future, but for now I'll enjoy the backlog of stickers I have from when I had a subscription. :P

Think twice before purchasing anything from Pipsticks!

It took Pipsticks over a month and a half to deliver my package!!! When I emailed them regarding the issue, they sent me a $10 off coupon to use toward something instead of addressing the issue. When I finally received my sticker keeper I was less than pleased. Do not buy if you want less than mediocre products- totally not worth the hype!! The sticker keeper I bought was cheaply made and in poor quality, and you can’t even peal the stickers off of the laminated pages as advertised. I had originally bought this for my boys so that they can remove the stickers as they please, but looks like that isn’t going to work as intended. I will not be buying from them again.

Good products bad service

Although I love the products, Pipsticks has a horrible system. They double charge, ship late or not at all, and often charge for the next subscription before you even get the current one.

Shipping prices decieving, terrible customer service

I placed an order on December 20th and selected USPS Priority 2 day shipping which is exactly how it was listed on their website. I was charged $9.21 for this service. The package took 12 days to arrive and was not sent via USPS Priority but rather DHL ground shipping. When I contacted the company twice regarding this issue their customer service agents twice repeated the same scripted reply that shipping times are"estimates" and that they have no control over the packages after they hand them over to their shipping partners. Yet they took nearly $10 for a promised service that was not rendered and neither custom service agent offered any refund of my costs. I would return the entire order but it's going to cost me another $10 to ship the items back so it'll be a loss at that point. Instead I'm going to leave this review anywhere I can to help another person avoid their decieving business practices. I stated that if they cannot guarantee USPS Priority 2 day delivery that they should not list the service as such and then charge for it, but both agents disregarded that comment in there reply. I'll never ship with this business again, and I suggest you don't either.

Sticker Packs that Lack Satisfactory Smack!

I’ve been receiving Pipstickers for most of 2023. The best pack was the 80’s collection. However, it seems that 70% of the sticklers are pages of a theme, with some so small it doesn’t even make sense to use them for anything! I’d cancelled back around May. 2 weeks ago (today is Sept 27) I got a charge of $17.97 on my debit card for Pipstickers subscription I did not order! I contacted a rep through email and he tells me I did order! I know I did NOT. Since it was Halloween stickers I’d receive, I agreed to go ahead with it. I was excited about the pack, imagining glow in the dark ghosts, big haunted houses, Jack o Lanterns and black cats and vampires. WRONG!! The pack was awful. All about witches and potions! One small page of tiny haunted houses, not a single pumpkin or glow in the dark anything, no vampires and the only ghosts were in a line so tiny you could use them as mail art Worst of all, there was a sheet of ouija boards!! And the big postcard to send out was a giant ouija board! Those things are not a joke! I wouldn’t even draw one on a piece of paper, must less mail one out to a friend or use those stickers! So upset by the entire pack! I’ve received some pretty stickers that I love. You do get a good bit. I’m canceling and looking for another sticker subscription that has more stickers in it that make sense and can actually be used, instead of small pages like a sewing machine and tiny thread, needles, etc or a plate of spaghetti and all the tiny things you have with it. I mean, what am I really supposed to do with that? I’d rather have a page ( it could still be a theme) without all those tiny little detail stickers like salt and pepper shakers or paint brushes and glue; but one that has at least a medium size I can stick on an envelope or share with a friend.

customer service is THE WORST

customer service is THE WORST. I had to beg someone to get in touch with me because I'd still not gotten my stickers and they told me to email yet another person within their company. Its so beneath them to forward it to the person sitting next to them? This company has no idea what end is up. They are pure chaos. Ordered stickers on 3.21.23 and now its 5.2.23.. still nothing.

I definitely wanted to love pipsticks

I definitely wanted to love pipsticks, but this experience has not been good. Customer service is basically non existent. They only shipped one item from my order and it has been “in transit” for 2 weeks. It’s… stickers.

And the rest of the order hasn’t even shipped. If you’re going to take over a month to actually pack and ship an order, at least set that expectation on your website.

I am feeling extremely skeptical that it will ever arrive. I definitely would advise past me to choose another company.

Absurdly slow customer support

Absurdly slow customer support - takes weeks for a reply, and sometimes over a month for items to ship, if they ship at all. Take your money elsewhere, it's a waste of time to work with them.

Unresponsive customer service & product never arrived

I’d love to give a review of the product, but I haven’t received it and it’s been almost a month. They sent a tracking number but it appears to be a fake number. I’ve reached out to customer service via email twice and have messaged them on Instagram and left a comment on Instagram as well. All have been ignored.
