Warning! Orders still being processed - after one month!

Made two orders a little month ago. Total price: £570.
Still - when I log on to my accout - it says, that "Order is being processed".
Wrote an email two weeks ago - No answer!
Called them today - No answer!
Now remains all the trouble with getting my money back ...

Absolutely no recommandation from here ... :-(

I can understand and respect some delay in this time of Covid-19, but I think, that a simple reply either on mail or phone could be expected. The homepage of the shop doesn't mention that the shop is closed or orders being delayed because of Covid-19.

So I am pretty disappointed with the service here. You were quick enough getting the money - why not the same speed handling the orders?
