Great service
Great service, we used Pipers for a move from London to Leeds. The team were very helpful. They packed and loaded efficiently and with care on day 1, and transported our stuff on day 2. They also arranged a piano removal service by a separate team. Would use Pipers again.

Bloke was honest when he did the survey / quote. Sized up the stairs v wardrobe etc and could see him working it all out. That’s why I went with them. On move day very proficient, on time, organised, got the beds broken down and rebuilt at the other end with no hassle. Happy customer, would use again.

Made the day so much easier!
The whole team were great from start to finish. I had lots of follow up calls from Ruby and Pretzel in the bookings team to make sure that arrangements were in place, and they allowed me to send photo instructions on how to get access to my building as it was in a difficult place. I was very nervous about how things would go on the day because of this but Sadiq and his colleague turned up early without any issues, got the removal done and dismantled the requested furniture. They drove across London to Kent and had all of the stuff in and assembled in my new house within the 5 hour timeslot, including waiting around for security at my old place. I cannot thank them enough for making the day as stress-free as possible.

Great removal team
Pipers were recommended to us for our recent house move. Paul, Sadiq & another charming man (I am so sorry his name has escaped my memory) did the most amazing job. Highly professional, polite & calm at all times on one of the hottest days of the year. Timekeeping was excellent & how they got everything on to 2 vans is still a mystery to us, we were in awe at their packing skills.
Cannot recommend them highly enough. I would also like to thank Pretzel for her kindness, patience & professionalism at all times with the booking.

Paul and the boys did an excellent job of my mum's house clearance. Arrived on time, cleared up after themselves. Made a difficult job fun whilst maintaining a level of professionalism. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent movers!
A great team with good communication and flexibility. They were all very hard-working, never complained, and open to ideas. They came overprepared for the job and brought additional packaging and rugs to help store things safely, despite us not asking them to! A little expensive, but generally worth it if you want peace of mind. We moved an entire 2 bed flat without a single item being damaged or broken. I'd definitely use this team again!
