I personally use the Storyteller Tactics decks in my lectures as well as the team tactics in my office for leadership and team management. They’ve become an invaluable resource for both teaching and professional development.

I have been incorporating Pip Decks into my brand strategy and business workshopping practices for several years now, and I must say that they are among the absolute best purchase decisions I have made. There are a ton of books and websites and videos out there on the subjects of branding and marketing and management, however none that I have found over the years have been as complete at my Pip Decks. Better still, they not only have the hard-copy decks, but they have tutorial videos that walk through and explain how to use the decks individually and collectively to work through problem solving and solution finding. To top it all off, they also provide built-out, workable Miro boards for brainstorming and workshopping with internal teams and external clients. The Pip Decks peeps have done an incredible job of covering all the bases when it comes to providing a series of tools that are reliable "go-to" resources time and time again.

I bought a deck for a christmas present, everyone is happy.

Originally the cards didn't arrive and I was getting worried, but then I contacted their support team and they sent the cards over via priority mail so the cards arrived just in time for christmas! My mother was very happy with the cards!

Cards arrived, they were great.

And the customer service is also excellent. Used express delivery over the holiday period, which meant they arrived much later. But the guys just refunded me for the delivery charge without me even having to ask.

UPDATE: Amazingly after posting this review PIPdecks has responded to my last email. They are saying they will issue a refund and I will see in in a few days. We shall see if that actually happens.

I received my order from pipdecks and was very disappointed. The cards, IMO are useless. There was limited information in how to actually use them. So I requested to return the cards. I received a reply from support relatively quickly with return instructions. I immediately shipped back the cards, and I paid for the shipping. It has been over two weeks since they received my return. No refund has been received. I have emailed them twice now asking about the status of my return, but haven’t gotten a reply. Save yourself time and money and don’t buy anything from this company.

Great experience with customer service and even better quality product, I skimmed the first few cards and can already see how it will elevate my brand to the next level. Highly recommend.

I recently contacted customer services asking how to access the digital version and my issue was sorted right away. Really pleased.

I first purchased Pip Decks a few years ago and have since purchased most of the new decks. They are all great. When the app came out I needed to make sure all my decks were under that same email so I reached out to Support and they quickly helped me consolidate all my decks under 1 login. Excellent product, excellent support!

I accidently ordered and downloaded the wrong deck and reached out to the support. Within minutes I got the right download link. Even two years later I got quick help as I lost the downloaded PDFs on my hard drive. Excellent service – same as your decks!

Unfulfilled Commission Payment and Poor Support Experience

I have been working with Pip Deck for several months now, and I regret to say that my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite clear assurances from their support team that I would receive my commission payments on time, it has now been over three months, and I have not received any payments or even an update regarding the status of my account.

When I first started, I was assured that payments would be made promptly, and everything seemed to be in order. However, as time passed and the promised deadlines came and went, I began to feel increasingly frustrated. I reached out to the Pip Deck support team multiple times, hoping for some clarity, but each time, I received vague responses with no real solutions or explanation for the delay.

The lack of communication and transparency from Pip Deck is disappointing, especially when you are relying on them for a promised income. This prolonged delay has left me feeling disrespected as a partner, and it has made me seriously reconsider my decision to work with them. I expected much better handling of payment obligations, especially when they had clearly committed to a specific schedule.

It's been over three months now, and I have yet to receive any funds or a reasonable explanation. This has been a frustrating and stressful experience, and I would caution anyone considering working with Pip Deck to think carefully about their payment practices and customer service.

In conclusion, while Pip Deck might have a solid product, their failure to honor payment commitments and their lack of effective support has been a major disappointment. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their processes to ensure that future partners are not left in a similar situation.

Customer Service is terrific, I had one question, and they jumped on it. I love these (started with Storyteller) and have given them out to employees and family as gifts. These are quick, fun and easy to read and very useful.

Disappointed and Frustrated: Unpaid Affiliate Earnings by Pip Decks

I am writing this review to express my deep frustration with Pip Decks and their affiliate program. As an affiliate partner, I worked tirelessly to promote their products, adhering to every guideline and requirement set forth. I was diligent in my efforts, creating content and driving traffic with the expectation that my affiliate earnings would be paid out as promised. Unfortunately, despite my full compliance with the terms and conditions, I have yet to receive any payments for the sales I generated.

The lack of transparency and communication from Pip Decks is incredibly disheartening. After numerous attempts to contact their support team and resolve the issue, I am still left without any clear explanation or resolution. The silence on their part has been deafening, and I feel as though my efforts have been completely disregarded.

It is not only disappointing but also damaging to trust a company and invest valuable time into promoting their products, only to be left without the promised compensation. As affiliates, we rely on these payments to continue supporting the brands we believe in. However, Pip Decks has shown a complete lack of respect for their affiliate partners by failing to honor the agreed-upon terms.

To others considering the affiliate program with Pip Decks, I strongly urge caution. While their products may be appealing, the unreliability of their affiliate payment system raises serious concerns. As a company, they have failed to uphold their commitment to affiliates, and until this issue is addressed, I cannot, in good faith, recommend them as a trustworthy partner.

I sincerely hope that Pip Decks takes responsibility for this matter and resolves the outstanding payments to their affiliates promptly. Until then, I will be hesitant to recommend their affiliate program to anyone else, as it has proven to be a frustrating and unrewarding experience.
