A very satisfied customer

We have been with PiPcall for around 2 years, the service has been consistently first class. The support team are very helpful and always ready to deal with any issues, and help when we need anything doing that's out of the norm. We review our service providers regularly and PiPcall always come out on top for reliability and service, so much so that we stopped reviewing.

I have been using pipcall for two…

I have been using pipcall for two months now and it’s changed the way we work for the better. We are small haulage firm who used to have to use our personal numbers to contact customers and now we use our office number from our phones. Which also records the calls which has helped us on a couple of occasions.

Great service and solution features are very cost effective

I was expecting high-pressure sales tactics but thankfully this was not the case, the sales contact was smooth and I learned a lot about the features etc. Jack was very knowledgeable and he took the time to understand what could benefit me by explaining features and answering my questions.

Terrible

Terrible. If you want the absolute bare minimum and you will never need any help from their customer services, this may be for you.

For the same money, you'll get a superior service at a dozen other companies.

To put into perspective... When I added a new number, they just emailed me the number without adding it to my account. When I questioned this they just basically said "trust me bro. This is your extra number." They didn't even confirm when they closed my account, I had to log in to check to see it had been blocked.

Frustration isnt a strong enough word.
