Website was easy to use, dilivery was quick and on time. Very good value for money.

I was buying a shower unit for a friend who had recently had a gas boiler fitted and already had good water pressure so just needed a quality Shower Unit, Screen Door and a set of Bath Mixer Taps. The first two items were no problem but I was initially horrified when I saw the prices of the Mixer Taps. However careful research through Google led me to Pioneer Bathrooms and there was exactly what I was looking for at a really affordable price. When they arrived I was delighted with the quality; solid brass with a top quality chrome coating. They are well worthy of a five star rating and yes I would buy them again and yes I would receommend them to my friends. I cannot finish without mentioning the service. I ordered them on a Monday afternoon and they were delivered at 10.06 on the Tuesday morning, right on the button of the designated time given me by DPD who are, without question, the Number One Carriers and obviously chosen as such by Pioneer. Really well done.

Just purchased another set of kitchen mixer taps for parents kitchen as I was so impressed with first set purchased.

Ordered as the best value option to replace a leaking mixer tap. It looks good and although it is still to be fitted, I have no reason to think it will be anything less than fit-for purpose.

Very impressed with the delivery options and the communications process throughout. Less impressed with the generic fitting instructions. If I intended to fit myself, I'd find it difficult when the parts shown don't match was was delivered. Also, how can I check the parts as instructed when I don't know what the parts are supposed to be ?

Final comment: purchased from Pioneer Bathrooms, think some of the comms.came from Purity Bathrooms and the order was completed by Ultra Finishing Ltd. Confused! I certainly am.

Made an enquiry one and ordered the next and delivery was made 2 days later I can only say a first class service.

Buying from Pioneer Bathrooms was a great experience. They had the bath I wanted, in stock and available for delivery. The service was professional and the delivery was expedient. I would recommend them and would use them again.

I felt I got a good price for the items I order. The shipping was very efficient. Could not fault Pioneer for there service or their choice of shipping agents.

Well seen the taps that I needed and at a really good price as well ! Ordered them on Wednesday night and they arrived on the Friday ! Really good service especially as I live on the west coast of Scotland ! We are usually classed as an island delivery and that can take ages ! Very well done pioneerbathrooms.com !!!!

I had to contact Pioneer Bathrooms on their help link to get the exact measurements. They were very helpful and had to send the information in a different format as I don't have the latest word application. The goods arrived very quickly as well so I was very satisfied. Having said that, I had to check the goods on arrival and, although it looks as though everything that is needed is included, I won't be sure until my plumber comes to do the work.

There are elements made of plastic to look like metal.
Design is not bad but materials are poor quality. The holder for shower is made of plastic and is unusable.
Overall I would not trust this company to order on line again.

This has been extremely difficult to construct; the instructions useless. The materials are flimsy and very cheap in looks and feel. We had to put it up because we were expecting guests but we don't expect it to last the year. Very disappointing, I will never buy something like this online again.

Ordered two bathrooms on the look and price but wish id never heard of them now, form day 1 the order was incomplete with shower panels missing these eventually got to me after a month!!
On top of that after a look inside the box all was good no obvious damage but once the fitter had removed all packaging both stainless surrounds have large dents and the extruded stainless channle for one shower is partially crushed now they say we wont replace as its been too long there is only so much you can do with limited storage space at home what was i supposed to do unpack everything and leave it unprotected in my garage!!
On top of this the bath is wider than the original at 750mm which is now in place but hey ho the end panel is too small, it was also missing off the delivery i have talked to their customer services till im blue in the face on sending the correct one.
If i dont get a satisfactory outcome then im afraid its going to have to be passed over to UK trading standards.
Never use again ever!!!!!
