While the order was postponed due to the availability of the ordered chairs the customer support was great. They offered a refund or a discount if I was prepared to wait. I was and the order came around the same time they said it would come (the postponed order). We've had no issues with the refund of the discounted value. Top support!
Really happy with the order and the support that i needed afterwards as an item had a diffect.
They simply lie and fool the customer.
1. They lie about teh brands. I ordered La forma chairs and they confirmed it is from la Forma when I called them. I recieved the chairs after delay in delivery and they are from Kave Home. They just lie, because those chairs from La forma are more expensive, they just fool teh customers
2. the delivery dates are to just get customer. They never manage to deliver on time. It happened to me twice. I had to cancel the first order after 2 months and on the second ordered they confirmed on the phone I will receive it in 3 days. It came 1 week later and exact chair but from different brand
