I ordered items from this company over a month ago. Almost two months. After about a month I sent an email after checking my so called tracking and it was still in places that were represented by numbers and dates. The email I received back was a thank you for contacting and your support with what looked like a screenshot of the words “Refund success”?!?! I never mentioned anything about a refund, just where were the items. Each email after was followed by the same response from the company. After four of the same responses from the company, I haven’t heard from them again. I check the tracking again and this time it says that it was delivered on 08/09/2025. Doesn’t give any address to where it was delivered, no picture, and I have yet to receive my refund. I have since disputed the charges and am now waiting for the bank to investigate.

I ordered my items from this company about a month ago still haven't received anything they've been giving me the runaround giving me this fake tracking now they have totally stopped writing me

Pinyor is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM PINYOR.com!!!! They will scam you! They will ship clothes from a factory and reeks of cigarettes. If you ship back they will keep your money. They only chat on there website. Their instagram page is fake. The clothes on the website is fake.

NEVER SENT MY ITEM! Never responded to me- this is a scam site, never got a refund or anything - do not buy from these people they owe me my item and my money!

My experience with Pinyor was horrible. I bought two shirts one of them fit me tight and the other one never came and they never gave me back my money. They are scammers please don’t buy from them. I give them zero stars and they never respond to your emails.

I have quite literally created a trust pilot account to write this review and warn people about Pinyor. This is a low-quality, basically scam site that you would expect coming from China, but somehow located in LA with US prices.

Not only did I have to pay 120 eur in custom fees to receive my order to Spain, they sent me 2/2 of the WRONG dresses. They arrived 4 weeks after ordering, just one week before my wedding. The dresses are awful - cheap fabric, way too tight for a size M, and of course! NON REFUNDABLE. Even though they are the wrong items.

They still haven't got back to my several tickets and emails (of course, no customer service number available!) I've never felt so scammed out of so much money in my life. The most disappointing online purchase I've ever made .

Do not buy from this brand!!!!

I purchased a dress from here and they sent me the wrong dress. I emailed asking to exchange it for the correct dress and they are not responding me at all. There is no contact number. This website is a total scam. DO NOT BUY

Horrible quality - not as pictured. Customer service offers no resolution. When your items don’t match as advertised you should refund. This is a scam!!!

It said free shipping and it absolutely isn’t, plus the quality of the piece isn’t well. It’s fraudulent. Please don’t buy

I ordered dress for my bridal shower, from their white edit collection, came amazing worth the price, I love it.

I ordered one dress the fabric is cheat compare to the price and was damaged I sent email with in 24 hours but no one responded it’s very much scam website. I did more searching after I found the same dress made in Turkey at less than half price. My advise safe your money don’t order anything no customer service and no return.order number #1145

Absolute scam. They do not offer returns, only store credit. The quality of dresses is very cheap for how expensive it is. And I shipped the package to England, and they did not disclose I would need to pay IMPORT FEES of 150 pounds to receive the package that they shipped to me. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.
