I’m seriously impressed with this home brewing kit. They’ve made the whole process incredibly easy without cutting corners on quality. The instructions are foolproof, the ingredients are fresh, and the final result is delicious. It’s rare to find a home brew that feels this rewarding to make and serve. It's great fun to brew your own beer
It's great fun to brew your own beer, get your sleaves rolled up and play a part in the actual process. I'm only brewing my 2nd beer, which is quietly going about it's business. Unlike my first brew that leaked everywhere, what a horrible sticky mess that was. I think the O ring seal wasn't secured in place properly. So I got off to a poor and start. The beer wasn't the most pleasant and had quite a bit of yeasty sediment - almost put me off completely. This time round, fingers crossed all will be good. Might event try Cold crashing this one. Go me - got the jargon already :-)

Customer support is excellent and very friendly. I started a brew and found the hops were missing. They promised to send the hops and get them to me before the conditioning stage 12 days from now.

Amazing beer and equally amazing service!
I've brewed quite a few beers now and they've all worked and tasted amazing. I tell my friends it's down to my brewing skills, but really it's so easy!
I had one minor problem with a short shelf life and their support team was straight on it and sent a replacement in one day. Amazing service!
