Great shipping and customer service

I personally had a great experience with Pinkyparadise's shipping and customer service. While the website said my lenses would deliver within 21-30 days with standard shipping, mine came in just over 2 weeks. This will probably be different for everyone depending on where you live relative to their warehouse.

Once my contacts arrived, I realised I forgot to specify which Spec (diameter and base curve) I wanted in the notes when I ordered them, so I got the incorrect one. I emailed customer support who got back to me within an hour and Nang provided easy to follow instructions on how to exchange the lenses. When I shipped them back to the warehouse, I even asked to exchange my original lenses for another pair and they had no problem exchanging them with the same prescription.

Overall, I would definitely have no hesitation ordering from Pinkyparadise again now that I've learnt from my mistake and seen how helpful and quick the customer service is. Special thanks to Nang!

I ordered 2 pairs of contacts on march…

I ordered 2 pairs of contacts on march 18th it’s April 12th and they’re still not here I’ve reached out and they tell me to wait because of shipping delays and tariffs.. also when I check the website my shipping status it hasn’t moved.. they emailed me to review my contacts but I have no received. I order contacts quite often and this is the slowest worst customer service ones I have ordered from I do not recommend.

Based on this timeframe, the latest estimated delivery date would be 22 April, and your parcel is still currently within the promised ETA. The tracking updates showing movement between hubs are also normal for standard mail shipments, and updates may sometimes appear with slight delays as the parcel is scanned at each transit point.

Good customer service, bad courier

The courier they use in the US seems to be re-labeling their orders incorrectly; I didn’t get the 4 lenses I ordered but instead a single pair meant for someone in a different state entirely! Their customer service responded to my email within the hour (the fastest I’ve gotten customer service for *any* web store) but my order will take another 3 weeks or so to arrive.

Prices are reasonable Delivery is too long!

The prices are reasonable. The quality is good (however one pair that I've received appears to cause blurriness when there shouldn't be a prescription). It's the only pair so far that's given me an issue. I've given it 3 stars because it takes a month for me to receive my order. I don't like to place an order until I've received the last order. If I were to receive the order sooner, I'd take advantage of the awesome sales and deals and make more purchases. But as it stands, I'll place an order once a month or longer depending on when I receive that last order. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchases and the site. I just wish that delivery wouldn't take so long.

Regarding the blurriness issue with one pair of lenses, that should not happen, especially if there is no prescription. If I could give 0, I would. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE/COMPANY!!! Be warned, BEWARE. I ordered a simple pair of contacts, yet received a massive box of Betta Fish leaves…whatever that is. The box was so big, I could hardly fit it through my door. The company is insisting I received contacts, and even took a picture of the box with tracking (total embarrassment for them as contacts are not that big and tracking is plain proof that I received the wrong item). They didn’t reimburse me, so I’ll have to go through my credit card company. Btw, I ordered February 2 and it’s now March 18…if you do order, you’ll be waiting over a month for delivery, whatever it may be that you receive.

Recently, we have identified a sudden increase in cases where packages were switched during transit, following a change in our shipping route to the USA. Based on our investigation, this issue appears to have occurred during the courier handling process, where a new shipping label was mistakenly placed over the original label. In several confirmed cases, customers who removed the top courier label found different recipient details underneath, indicating that incorrect relabeling may have taken place. Unfortunately, this has resulted in some orders being delivered incorrectly.

That said, after reviewing your case and previous communication with our representative, we can confirm that a full refund has already been arranged for your order. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your debit card account.
