I finally recieved my order after 3…

I finally recieved my order after 3 weeks. The item is very poor quality cheap material. I have reached out to this company for 7 days asking for the address to make a return and get a full refund. No one has responded to any of my emails although their website states that they will contact you within 24 hours. It's been over 40 hours and they have not responded. Consmer affairs, Better Business Bureau is my next option. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY.
