Ordered forever ago and my swimsuit still hasn’t shipped yet!!

I have yet to receive any word of my order being shipped. Your social media pages lie about how quickly you send out orders. However there are comments I read from other buyers saying y’all are scammers because some haven’t received their orders from 5 months back. I hope that won’t be the case for me, but it’s looking like it. I’d much rather know before hand that it’s going to take a long time to receive my order vs being told a lie and having to wonder if I ever will.

I made a purchase on 5/19/21

I made a purchase on 5/19/21. It has still not shipped. I have reached out for an update and received no response. Everything was in stock at the time of my order so I don't really understand the issue/how to get what I paid for. Frustrating :(

Order took forever to ship….I’m…

Order took forever to ship….I’m assuming it shipped, I’m not able to actually track the order. Never have received an email from this company saying it shipped.
Ordered 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received my order.
Contacted customer service about shipping time and did not receive a response. Probably won’t order from again. Did not have a good experience. Hopefully the suit is cute for $88.

Poor Communication

I have placed my order several weeks ago and have only received the order confirmation email. I have emailed customer support requesting update as the items were supposed to ship max 2 weeks following order. I have recieved no response (I emailed 4 days ago). Concerned my order will not be here by the time I go on my trip next week. Order a month in advance I thought we'd be in the clear. Still hoping for some clarification/update.
