Customer service is great , always a fast response, thanks to Rosie today who helped with my return and replacement, due to my replacement item becoming out of stock she resolved and responded promptly and issued a full refund for the returned items instead

Do not use this company
Do not use this company, when you return goods for a refund they do not refund you that take money out from your account on multiple times so I do not trust this company, I am raising a fraudulent use with both my bank and police

Dont use!
Avoid... ordered 2 dresess the one came it was completely different to the one I actually ordered ended up sending both back... then only had one refund of one of the dresses been chasing since 1st of June for the remaining refund sent multiple emails with no response at all will not be using again!

Sizing is hit and miss low quality fabric over priced. Spend an extra 20 pounds and go somewhere else. you got to pay for returns and your VAT on top.

Great Customer Service care
I contacted customer service as my order was delivered with a broken zip and I didn't want to just return it incase I got the blame but Rosie couldn't have been anymore friendly and helpful assuring me they would send out a replacement free of charge straight away and no need to return the other,that is what great customer service is all about thanks pink boutique

Amazing customer service from Grace
Amazing customer service from Grace. I emailed looking for help with an item I had received. The zip doesn't work properly, so was looking to find out if anyone had any tips on how to fix it, as I love the jacket and don't want to send it back. Grace offered me a partial refund so I can take the jacket to the alterations to be fixed! I wasn't expecting it. Thank you Grace 🙂
