I love shoes
I like the service and the quality of the merchandise. But I really would appreciate it if I could exchange for a size larger because not all shoes are the size that I wear.

Love the styles and Pricing, you get what you pay for. Don't mind when something rips or breaks. Hate the sizing, clothes never fit and returning anything is near impossible as they send no return labels, offer no policy I can find and customer service does not email you back

Incompleted order
I ordered 5 items and only recieved 4. The communication was really bad. I sent proof of my incomplete order and they never send me back the one I was missing. I will never buy again from them.

I have been really impressed with all of the items I have purchased. Really surprised with the shoes!!! Have several pair of heels that are still in excellent condition after 2 years of wear.

Great Experience with Pink!
I was referred to Pink Basis by my younger sister, a lover of all things shoes! Personally, I have purchased several pairs of shoes from Pink Basis and I have been very well pleased with the product. The shopping experience online has been user friendly, offering a large variety of selections, and the shoes have been delivered in a time frame that was satisfactory. A Shipping Nightmare
First, I am just receiving this opportunity to review my 2013 purchase in 2016. I found out, seconds after placing my order, that the shipping method wouldn't get my order to me. I called literally seconds after placing my online order and was told I'd be charged to reship since the order has already gone out. After expressing my displeasure, I was referred to Diana, who corrected everything, but the nonsense that came before Diana has kept me from shopping at Pink Basis since.
