i recieved my order (dont know 2.5 weeks after i made it).

there are a lot of other online shops out there who deliver much much faster.

very disapointed.

dont even bother answering me, thank you in advance. (im just not interested in all of those excuses)

After having ordered multiple orders from Pink Mule, i can truly say that this company is one of the best there is for buying your ''Vape Gear''.
The customer service is outstanding. If you have any questions you will be able to contact them until late into the evening. Response time is almost immediate, longest time i had to wait was maybe 2 min. And this was at 10 PM.

Pro's:
- Customer Service is excellent
- Orders were always send within 24 hours.
- Packaging amazing, everything packed very secure to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.
- Products, soo many options!

Con's:
- None

If you want to buy anything for your vaping gear, buy it here. I know i will.

This is the best customer service I have ever gotten, there has been alittle trouble with GLS about my package, and Pink mule was instantly on the case, with reassuring me with a new package, and responded to me in an instant aswell.

I wanna thank everyone at pink mule for the amazing customer service, and they have an awesome supply of E-cig things.

I do recommend this company over every other company, not only from the supplies, but the reassurance that if something happens with your package, they won't ignore it, and they'll personally make sure, and go out of their way to make their customers happy.

I have purchased tons of e-liquid by now and I couldn't be hippier. The quality of the products is great. I have already recommended pink mule to my vaping friends.

Recently purchased a yihi SX Mini Mclass from Pink Mule (which I also recommend!) and I was very pleased with the prices and even more with the service. I have recently moved to another country from the UK where the postal system is a bit of a shambles - even makes royal mail look good - but Frank and other staff kept me updated with my order right up until it arrived. They were very keen to help even when I was being a pain (changed my colour choice after ordering, added more to my order after confirming, forgot crucial details when placing the order) and assured me they were only too happy to help however they can.

It is very clear that customer satisfaction and high standards of service are of paramount importance to Pink Mule, for this they deserve to be supported so buy with confidence, I will definitely be a returning customer.

I'm sure they are fine if you have no issues, but if you need after-sales service, they are awful!
Within a week of receiving an order, I have been trying to contact them in order to return it, (my legal right) as I'm not happy with the quality or usability of the item. Three messages to three addresses and no response whatsoever. The only thing left to do was contact Paypal and complain.
They eventually replied to Paypal, still nothing to me in person!
If you have any issues, they don't want to know and don't even have the decency to reply to any communications. A complete lack of manners and courtesy. As a result, they provide no peace of mind and I would advise purchasing elsewhere - I'll gladly pay more elsewhere for better service! Avoid!
