Very great experience their service was really good when I needed help they helped and they stayed for a while too so I give them props

I had a problem where I couldn’t connect to the server i had just purchased. Marie from PingPerfect went above and beyond to help me fix the issue. She literally downloaded the game i was playing, the mods i had installed and then tested it out to make sure it was working properly before giving me an answer. I will never use any other provider than Ping Perfect!

Oh, boy, where to even begin...

I purchased a 6-month subscription to a DayZ SA server, but I was never actually able to load the game and log into the server. From the get-go I had issues logging into the client portal, the dashboard, I could not connect to the server via FTP (despite following the instructions THEY provided), could not submit the server to DZSA for listing, or even connect to the server via Steam. Their support took a very long time (my entire Saturday, from 5:30 am to now, 8:40 pm, and the issue is still open/unresolved.

It's been less than 24 hours since I initially purchased my subscription and I've already requested a refund. They have advertised a 24-hour refund guarantee, even though the initial support rep claimed it would take "several days" to process. Hogwash! This is a terrible, terrible service with servers that you just cannot connect to and very slow support. They said they were busy. Gee, I wonder why!

Just go with [another server host] instead, they will likely have much better service and support.

UPDATE: I ended up getting a 6-month server subscription with [another service provider], and -- I know, this is crazy -- within 5 minutes I was in-game and having fun. Imagine that.

I am still fighting with PingPerfect for my refund and they are being complete jerks about it, finding loopholes and excuses for why they should not issue it even though I never got to use their service.

STAY AWAY from this crooked company!!!!!

But there is always room to grow. Some games in which RAM is selected instead of server slots do not work quite correctly as for me, since the memory is not limited, but simply turns off the server when the limit of RAM was exceeded, which creates many problems when playing games like ECO, and the only way to fix this just pay more money for RAM.

First, I want to thank each of the customer support representatives that have helped me in the past months. Jacob B., McCauley H. & Marie T. H. Thank you so much for the quick responses and putting up with my dumb questions.
If its not obvious by now, I honestly have no business renting my own server and that's because I have no idea what I'm actually doing. However, I still gave it a shot and it was a total nightmare. I was completely frustrated with trying to set up my server and after several hours of "getting it wrong" I sent an email to cancel my subscription and get a refund because of the trial period. I received a quick by customer support asking what the issue was and after fumbling through my explanation on everything I thought was wrong they actually went out of their way to help me correctly set up the server. And it worked!!! Over the past month I have opened several tickets with questions about the server, updates and options on the console and every single time Pingperfect Customer Support has responded incredibly fast and has gone above and beyond to help me out. I cannot express how much I appreciate how easy they have made this process for me. I have nothing but great things to say about all of those that have helped. Thank you!

P.S. Just to be clear, in the past 2 months I have had NO real complications or issues with my server. Every ticket I have opened is because of my own lack of knowledge and they have always been there to help.

Ive had a Pingperfect gaming server for a while now, the game i play has regular updates that do like to cause problems when trying to run the server but with the staff at Pingperfect they do go above and beyond to help get things running smoothly, they are very prompt in replying to any issues, are also very polite and clear on what needs doing even with a non savy PC user like myself. I wont be going back to Gportal thats for sure!!

So far I'm new to joining ping, I left gportal and honestly no regrets the support people are so so helpful to say the least. I had issues with my server and the talk me through step by step how to resolve it and so much more 5* I would recommend even as a beginner like me to hosting servers. Thanks guys.

Every time they update their control panel, our server is unusable. They've updated twice in the last 6 months. The first time, we had to have our server migrated to a new location. Right now, we're sitting on 2 days of down time.

Had issues getting mods to load on Valheim server. Support team was super fast in responding to ticket, asked the right questions right away, and was able to solve the issues.

I can highly reccomend using PingPerfect!
They have servers all over the world so finding a place with good ping for you and whoever you play with is going to be a breeze.
Also if you do end up having an issue of any kind the team is always kind and ready to help.
I recently had a service I needed to close but didn't close it in time unfortunately, I wrote their team about it and got it resolved in about a days time.

Incredibly fast service for my simple requests, no long waits for things that are as simple as a button press or value change. Very appreciated.

Staff were fantastic and helped out as soons ticket was submitted, when problem was not resolved they moved the priority up the chain to senior techs who fixed the issue right away
