I recently ordered a jacket from Pinesmax and had a good experience overall. The item arrived in a reasonable time and looked very similar to the photos on the website. The fit was comfortable, and the design really stood out. For the price, I think it offers good value, and I’m happy with my purchase. Would consider buying again.

This website is a scam/ fraud. My son purchased a Comme Des Garçon hoodie, and shipping kept getting delayed. I followed up twice and no one ever responded. Called their listed number and it’s not working.

I called the Comme Des Garçon store in NYC and they said that site is a fake and they are currently pursuing legal action against them.

Very disappointed — wrong and poor quality jacket

I ordered the Ryan Potter Titans Bomber Jacket from this site, but what I received was not the jacket I ordered. The material feels cheap and the quality is far below the product photos on their website. I reached out to customer support multiple times, but the responses were slow and unhelpful. They haven’t offered a real solution or refund yet.

Other customers have reported similar problems with incorrect items, poor quality, and bad return experiences, so I’m very disappointed with this purchase overall.

WARNING! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! I tried to return a Fake Liverpool jacket 2 days after receiving it because of poor quality and fit. This was their response. "Please take a measuring tape and put it on the chest of the product and then take a photo so that we can see the issue". - SMH!!

After several attempts, he finally agreed to refund me, but I had to pay to ship it back to Pakistan ($40).
3 months later still no refund - UGH!!

I ordered a pair of Harry Styles white slacks with picture from his album cover used to depict them. What I received was more like a pair of chefs trousers and nothing like the billowing slacks Harry wore. I contacted Pinesmax via email with photos of both versions. I received an apology and a return address with promise of refund on received goods. That was almost a month ago. Nothing, no reply or refund. Apparently they have lived up to their reputation yet again. Stay well away from PINESMAX everybody!!!!!

As has been already stated this company PINESMAX is a TOTAL SCAM. I AM OUT $200 BECAUSE I WAS DUMB. LIKE MANY OTHERS THE COAT I RECEIVED IT WAS TOO SMALL AND MY ARMS BARELY FIT THROUGH THE SLEEVES. RECEIVED COMMS THAT BECAUSE I DIDNT CONTACT THEM WITHIN 24 HOURS RETURN WASNT POSSIBLE. BULL! I DID CONTACT THEM AND I HAVE PROOF. I THINK THEY HAVE CHANGED THE NAME TO SOMETHING LIKE AMERICAN JACKETS.

This is a complete scam. My wife’s coat smelled awful when she opened the packaging on Christmas morning. Made her allergies flare up. Then I was told I could not return it because I did not call them 24 hours after it was received.

Your product sucks. Took forever to get to me. The faux fur is cheap. The sewing is terrible and from the read of reviews no one seems to be pleased with your products.

Paid for 2 items, after 2 weeks of requesting shipping and tracking info, I initiated a refund through PayPal. Immediately recieved an email from Pinesmax stating my items are ready to be shipped and to cancel my PayPal case and they'd ship 24 hours after that. Seriously, you can't make this stuff up. LoL SCAMMERS!

I put one star only because I couldn’t put zero. Absolutely terrible product. The seams were half way sewn together with what looked like fishing line and don’t even try to get in touch with them. They do not answer their phone and do not respond to e-mail or msg. DO NOT waste you hard earned money with this scam company. I learned the hard way and was scammed out of $150!!!!!!

Don't do business with this company. I placed an order for a halloween event at work and specifically informed them that I need the item before the 30th. I sent multiple messages and I was promised I will get the item but the item didn't arrive until after the event. I informed me that I will return the item. They don't have a place of business so beware. I returned the item and it delivery was attempted by USPS. No one opened the door to receive the delivery. I made another contact and provided them the shipping information and tracking. Months later they never issued a refund to my card. I had to dispute the charges. Today, I received an email to let me know they will take legal action because the item was not returned. I have all the conversations saved on my computer including the information that the item was returned. These people are very shady. Please be cautious about doing business with this company.

THIS IS A SCAM!!! Do not trust this website!!!! I ordered a Xirena brand jacket and it was a TOTAL KNOCK OFF. They also require that you send the merchandise back yourself to United Arab Emirates. SUPER SHADY with tracking and customer service. DO NOT BUY!!!

Stay away from this company. It's a scam. never received items. Company stopped responding to me.

The product was a cheap knock-off

Poor quality materials. Did not look like the photos. Not worth the money. Only a 3day window to submit for a refund. Ridiculous.

This jacket wasn’t what I ordered.
I received a leather jacket.
I ordered a wool jacket.
The quality of this jacket was horrible.
But no worries. I will never order anything else from this company.

Horrible products, misleading return policy. It says “easy returns within 30 days” but you have to ship your own way to United Arab Emirates. Bad business, bad products and lies on return policy. I should have spent more and got the Beth Dutton yellow stone coat at the leather city at least I’d enjoy the product. Instead I’m stuck with a big fake rug thing. Awful. Don’t waste your money.
