Super happy with quality of materials that have been supplied and way design and details have been thought through. it is going to be a very cozy tiny house when finished

I would give a high score but for one thing, the almost complete lack of instructions. What instructions that were supplied were for a different model and in some cases were wrong for my model. Appealing for help did no good as I found out there weren't any instructions for my model. The lady I dealt with was very nice and wanted to help but I suspect as frustrated as I was.
Fortunately I have put several timber structures up over the years and managed to find a handyman who was prepared to slowly work through all the processes but at extra cost.
Timber good, cutting good, delivery good, price good but instructions utterly frustrating.

The balance between quality and price is very good.
The delivery deadline has been met.
Good after sales service.
It is highly recommended.

This has to be the worst experience I have had in all my years of purchasing. Up to the point of purchase the customer service team is great. And then you pay and everything goes down hill from there. Trying to assemble and needing support is only available via email- already that tells a lot and with it a lot of time and energy is wasted. Up until 3 weeks of receiving the product they refuse a call which would probably solve the issue with someone who knows how to build a structure.
A complete waste of 5,000 euros and my time. I was planning to buy a large house but thanks did not and bought a small cabin as a test. Will never recommend this company nor advise anyone to buy from them. This is my very honest and clear opinion

The quality of materials for wood houses is much higher than anything we experienced before in Spain. The service by telephone and email is fast, efficient and focuses on solving any concerns. Highly recommended and you´ll be happy with your product I´m sure!

Very happy to decide to buy the Emmy 5x3 model. For me this is my new office and the space and look is exactly what I want and need.
I built it inside a garage so I cannot say anything about the isolation and resistance but It seems strong and well made enougth to have it outdoor.
It was quite easy to built and the only cons about that was that maybe could come with some more information about how to build. In my case I’ve changed some endings but it was no problem.
Anyway I put 5 stars to this product and the atention of the call center of Pineca.

A dream come true in Tenerife. I want to thank all the people at Pineca who have collaborated so that we have a beautiful wooden house. The house I chose was Casa Vera, a 2-story house with an incredible porch.
The assembly team are great professionals.

Discussing our project with Laura was perfect. She is very professional, friendly, helpful and all without any unwanted pressure. We are still considering our options and in doing so have looked at and contacted various other companies, but none have had the same level of communication, help and service.

The instruction manual could be some better. Also the quality of door and window closures could be of a better quality. However I am happy with he overall result. I am talking about a Dreux 4x5 m converted into a gym. pool for a handicapt person with a heated bath with a diameter of 2 meter, shoer and water.
