The courses are brilliant! Bijay is experienced, knowledgeable and engaging. The course content all that is not taught at any "B- School" the course content is comprehensive and up-to-date. Normally when we are in a position to say yes to a person who is in a commendable position, I used to say YES to the other person's request or command, without any clarity on the task or without the availability of the required resources for executing the task, but later realize with a bad experience.

In today's session, I realize that, many people do mistake. And the learning is that before saying YES, we first need to get the CLARITY of the assignment, get the knowledge of the RESOURCES required and what is the GROWTH I am going to achieve executing this assignment. Thank for give light on this.

The session on saying no was insightful in making us ask ourselves questions that we usually do not. Asking those questions and then responding can make a significant impact on how we navigate our lives.

I am thrilled to share my experience about an introductory session on Human Mastery skills conducted by Mr.Bijay Kumar Khandal on 21st March 2023. It was an excellent platform for learning key personality traits and he skillfully helped explore complexities of human behavior through real life examples. I wondered why these basic skills that,are so important in life are not included in formal education. It would make growing up less stressful and
