Purchased the pilotax health tracker over a month ago. Got it last week and wore it for a week. During the week the tracking seemed to work but every other day I had to delete and re download the app for it to work properly. You have to pay to return it back to China. My fault for buying something from China I guess. It is a POS and would NOT recommend.

One positis the battery life was fantastic. 1 star.

IF i could rate a 0 I would. The lack of customer service with my return is non-existent! I have emailed them 4 times an am getting no response. DO NOT order from this website!

This product is pretty useless. It does not register steps correctly, nor sleep. Steps were measured with 2 other people using 2 diffrent trackers. Mine recorded almost 50% less than theirs. Sleep has not once been recorded accurately. Their refund policy is absolute crap. You pay for shipping to return and there is a 15% handling charge deducted from your refund. Run in the other direction from this product if you really want a functioning fitness tracker.

I must say I was a lil worried when I ordered from this site and read the reviews, I ordered 2 jackets and a hat I contacted them many times about my order that a I placed Dec 30th.... no answer at all but today 1/19/2026 I got my 2 jackets and my hat they fit very nice......The product is good and fits nice I just wish they contact and make it easier to track, but I'm happy with my order......

I was very skeptical that this was a real place but it is. I ordered a Boeing 747 winter coat and it took about a week to get here. It is an awesome coat. Good quality and exactly as pictured and described. The whole experience was great. Pilotsx even emailed me to get height/weight info before they shipped the coat to make sure what I ordered would fit. Very satisfied customer and I will definitely order again from them.

Polo Shirts did not fit even asked about proper sizing. Tried to return but NEVER gave a return address as stated in their Return Policy! Will NEVER answer your emails or chat messages! Stay away from this company! You'll never get your $$$ back.

Horrible company. They don't respond to your messages. I asked them about my order when it was going to be shipped. No response. Stay away from this fraudulent company

NOV 25 UPDATE. Finally got my money back after these idiots trying to say they shipped the goods (which they didn’t !).
Had I not paid by PayPal I would NEVER have got my money back !
Absolute CLOWNS - STAY AWAY.

Two emails without even the courtesy of a reply.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR GOODS NOR YOUR MONEY EVER AGAIN.

Placed an order, jacket for my Sons birthdag size M, recieved size XXL, no response or communication after contacting that I recieved wrong size.

I have ordered my Airbus cap more than a month ago! Never saw my cap nor my money. Have sent then 3 emails, not a single reply. Stay away unless you happy to give away your money. Better give it to charity.

I placed an order with PILOTSX expecting “high quality, well-designed, and durable products” as stated in bold on their website. My order included two jackets and a keychain. After receiving the jackets, I discovered that the printing quality was extremely poor, after just one gentle wash, part of the Chinese lettering on the front of the “Cathay Dragon” and "WestJet" design slightly peeled off, leaving the word incomplete. This is not normal wear and tear, it clearly indicates low-quality materials and poor manufacturing. In addition, the keychain I paid for never arrived. I contacted PILOTSX customer service via email two days ago with detailed information about these issues and have received no reply whatsoever. Their lack of response, combined with the misleading advertising and defective merchandise, is unacceptable. I am requesting a full or partial refund for the jackets due to the defective printing and a refund for the missing keychain. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will escalate through PayPal/credit card dispute processes and report the store for false advertising and failure to deliver goods as promised.
