TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROBABLY…

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROBABLY NOT A LEGIT COMPANY. STORE FRONT ON ADDRESS LOOKS LIKE A CLINIC, NOT A PHARMACY. ORDERED AN ITEM AFTER SPENDING $50 FOR A TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENT AND THEN ITEM SAID IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED SINCE NOVEMBER. ITEM HAS NO TRACKING NUMBER AND NEVER SHIPPED. NOBODY ANSWERS. *UPDATE AS OF 03/04/26- THEY SENT ME MY RX I ORDERED IN FEBRUARY...THAT'S RIGHT. FEBRUARY. AFTER ORDERING IN NOVEMBER! TERRIBLE

How is this place still in business

How is this place still in business? It is the most confusing website and it lacks a lot of vital information. I started using it in order to get affordable GLP-1 medication. In order to order from them, you need a prescription from one of the doctors that they partner with. I made an appointment with one of the doctors for a 6:15pm time slot. All appointments are telehealth although they don’t actually say that on the site. The confirmation email mentions it but doesn’t actually say how to get to the appointment. There’s no phone number to call and no link for a video call. I called the generic number for Pill Pals and left a message asking about it but no one ever called me back. I get a call from the Dr at 4:15pm for my appointment because guess what? The Dr is on Central time and I’m on Pacific time. No where on the site does it list a time zone for the appointment. The Dr I spoke to was rude and got annoyed when I asked questions. She gave me almost no information about the medication itself other than that I would need to make sure to get enough water. She did give me a prescription which I only know because I checked back on the Pill PALs website a few days later and there was an order pending for the medication, just awaiting payment. No email or anything. I did go ahead and pay for it and the medication arrived today. This is an injectable medication that came with no instructions other than that it is supposed to be used once per week. I have never used an injectable medication before and I have no idea how to do it. I am seriously concerned about the legitimacy of a site that is so messed up and medications being sent without instructions. This has been a terrible experience so far and I don’t understand how they haven’t been sued yet.

PillPals is legit

Legitimate business, only concern is that they don’t ship cold products like the can insulin I use over weekends or end of week, only on Mondays and Tuesdays - but I get why, the shipping catastrophe in Canada is a joke lol.

PillPals is a godsend

PillPals is a godsend. Meds for my dog used to be a hassle — now it’s fast, easy, and cheaper. Super friendly team too. Can’t recommend them enough!

Partially canceling orders without contact

Ordered 6 items. 4 were cancelled without any notice or contact, so now I needed to pay $10 shipping for a small order if about $20... Just because they didn't know how to run a stock counter on their website. Ridiculous!
