Store policy and lies…

I bought 4 dining chairs from you and insured I could return them for a full refund.

Upon returning them, I,discovered your assistant according to your store policy refused to refund MY money to my card because my card had been replaced it was not the same NUMBERS. It did not matter to your assistant that it was going into the same bank. She told me it was the Law! she was lying!!! STOP TELLING YOUR STAFF TO LIE
It is just another archaic store policy.

She did try to hand me a gift voucher for $400 for Shop after her lies and attitude and my experience - I will never shop there again. To actuually expect people to have the same card and it Never be replaced is ridiculous - pay refunds in cash like other big retailers. Pillow talk obviously dont value my hard earned money.

I recently purchased some candle…

I recently purchased some candle holders from this company as in Melbourne we were in lockdown and no shops were open thats fine however they didnt suit as they were way too big than the actual size that I thought would go in this area so not sure whether i measured wrong or the product wasnt right thats fine I sent it back cost me $64.00 dollars to post back what a joke it wasnt even worth sending back however i reached out to this company and asked if there was an better way to send back to minimise costs to the customers as its hard for us to get out and shop and I got some generated response that is their policy and that's that no will offer you some kind of credit to shop with us or a discount something
its dissapointing that a lot of these internet companies don't really care half the time all you get is an auto email response absolutely dissapointed, and now we are so glad we are out of lockdown cause definetely wont shop here I would rather walk in to a shop and get the service that we deserve

Censorship. Don't buy Hilton Mattress Topper it sags .

Over 3 weeks ago I wrote a clear, un-offensive, but honest review of a mattress topper I bought for almost $200 from them. They have supressed and deliberately not published it and I have a pillowtalk customer membership (that's how I know).
Beware do not buy a topper or similar items from them. Pillowtalk clearly like to Censor reviews.

MacGregor Store

Fantastic customer service when visited the MacGregor store on the weekend to pick up my click and collect orders. Staff were so helpful and polite and store was beautifully presented. Thank you Pillow talk MacGregor, I will be back.
